Reception was fine but the only member of staff was doing everything. The hotel decor is very dated, gloomy and faded. The room was old and an odd shape. The bar was uninviting . Breakfast was OK but bizarre decor.

Bedding comfortable and we slept very well, which is the most important thing. Air conditioning worked well. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. I booked a king size bed classic room and we had a 140 size bed unfortunately and a room that seemed smaller than 20m. I think the parking could be included in the price as the hotel is not cheap. Location good. Overall comfortable stay for one night in a beautiful building. Tea and beauty products are good quality. It was Nice to have water available in reception and access to a small gym. Functional. In my opinion the rooms, and bar need a refresh for this price.

2 nights stay with full day working from my room. Overall very good experience. Employees are very kind and helpful. Room was quite big, clean and with all expected convenience. 2 parkings available (1 outside and 1 indoor). Only "negative" side would be the restaurant almost underground with no sunlight. Don't expect to relax there after a long day walking or working. However, hotel is very close to many nice places nearby.

We've stayed at this hotel before but found standards have slipped. Only one pod of coffee in the room, wine in the bar substandard as was the food served. Drinkable and edible but not a pleasant experience

A really beautiful house with a great entrance hall and a stunning staircase. We were greeted by two lovely employees (Jamila was one of them, I forgot the Name of her colleague), Check-in went smooth and we were allocated two rooms next to each other. Our Suite was nice and clean with a lot of space and a second bedroom upstairs. The breakfast was what you‘d expect with a lot of variety. Also here the staff was very friendly, constantly refilling and smiling. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would chose this Hotel again.

Room was ok - basic but ok but there was a distinct lack of staff presence on reception or in the bar in the evening. We wanted to find someone before going out early evening- no one anywhere at all and - even thought there was a notice saying ‘press the blue button if you Ed someone’ - there was no blue button! Breakfast was also disappointing by general Mercure standards.

1. The room was 4th floor, could not see anything from window because of the parapet. Very claustrophobic. 2. The soap dispenser for the shower did not function. 3. I paid for breakfast twice by card although the receipt shows only one payment. my bank is investigating . 4. Parking was good. 5. Staff were helpful.
