Staff were super friendly and helpful. Even came to the room to tell me I’d left my lights on. It was desperately hot and whilst that’s not the hotel’s fault a fan would have been amazing. Otherwise clean and well equipped. Breakfast basic but good - as was expected.

Knowing the was a budget hotel, I had the expectation of a small, simple room. When I arrived the staff member informed me that the room was without air conditioning. In 37c degrees heat! I said I would manage but the window barely opened, the room is decorated in such dark colours that it was very oppressive. I understand that the weather is not in your control. I had numerous cool showers and when I eventually settled to sleep I was woken up by feeling hot and itchy. I went to take another shower when I found 2 bed bugs on my leg and saw that I had numerous bites on my legs and back. I found several more bugs on the bed and pillows. It was around 2am and the reception was unstaffed so I slept in my car. I informed the receptionist when they arrived at around 6.30am. I told them discretely that they had a problem in my room and that I had spent some of the night in my car. This was noted, but no further comment was offered or apologies given. I returned to the room, showered, had breakfast and left. I must add that my suitcase had remained unopened inside the room. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay and the lack of response from the staff on location. This is my first and last Ibis Budget experience.

When booking an Ibis Budget Hotel basic, no frills accommodation is expected. However, our accommodation was an accessible room which was neither requested nor required. The design of the bathroom resulted in it being "flooded" after showering rendering the bathroom practically useless afterward without mopping up the floor. In addition due to this design the bathroom itself was also mouldy. We purchased a disinfectant spray at a local market to use in the bathroom during our stay to assist with the persistent unpleasant odour. (Also opened the window, unfortunately this is where smokers congregate to smoke). In my opinion the bathroom should undergo a complete renovation prior to future guest rental. Also, the skylight in the breakfast area leaks and should be addressed as well as the Hotel in general has a musty odour.

Dirty, smelly, tired. Rooms not attended too for 3 nights. Same towels and had to keep asking for additional toilet roll as never replenished. Breakfast also slow to replenish. I love IBIS, I always find Budget IBIS has given us a great experience for the price, but this one is appalling and well below IBIS Budget standards. Shame on you IBIS - sort this out.

We've stayed in lots of nice Ibis Budget hotels. This isn't one of them. All.accor should drop this one like a hot potato. Sloppy and uncaring reception, we were given a room that hadn't even been made up. The alternative offered was terrible - grubby little table, grubby bathroom fittings. The room felt like a back-packers hostel. Go somewhere else if you can. Two stars only because the bed was nicely made up at

We picked this as a stopover on the way south. Our room was as expected, but the window latch was broken in our other room the radiator was hanging off. It was around 36 degrees outside so inside the hotel, rooms and reception were unbearable so in the evening as it cooled we decided to sit outside taking some chairs and two tables as there was a breeze, reception had closed and as far as we were aware no one else was on site or if they were they were not visible as staff. After a few hours some chap with a skull face mask wearing white came outside demanding the furniture be brought back inside immediately and insisted on watching us from that point on. Not happy with that then made an issue that we hadn’t asked anyone to borrow the items, we explained that there was no one to ask but continued then stood and watched us until we decided to leave the foyer for bed. I wouldn’t mine we were two families with young children who wanted some fresh air and to cool down, we could have been given 15/30 minutes to come inside and everything would have been back where it had been taken from. Good spot. Shames about the grumpy night porter.

L'hôtel est usé, les salles de bains d'un autre temps, des trous dans les murs... Pas d'eau à disposition Une chambre 4 personnes réservée pour 250 EUR, chambre pour 3 personnes attribuée... Je sais que c'est LMC à cette période, mais il faut savoir accueillir les clients quand on pratique de telles hausses de tarifs
