There was nobody at the front desk. I waited in line for approximately 30 minutes for the staff to arrive to check in. The automatic check-in wasn’t working. Once in the room the bathroom was not very clean, there were hairs on the toilet seat. In the hallway a woman stopped me to ask if I worked there, she was very unhappy with her room. I could eventually hear her change rooms.

Small room but ok. When I made the reservation I asked for breakfast included, but I had to pay for breakfast on site

I was attending a conference at the university. The location was about a 10 min walk to the conference venue and around 2 mins to the tram into the city, a Carrefour supermarket and a nice restaurant. The bed was comfortable. On the downside: there was no elevator at the hotel; the room was compact and the shower cramped. However, the parking was free and it was reasonably priced
