Dirty, smelly, tired. Rooms not attended too for 3 nights. Same towels and had to keep asking for additional toilet roll as never replenished. Breakfast also slow to replenish. I love IBIS, I always find Budget IBIS has given us a great experience for the price, but this one is appalling and well below IBIS Budget standards. Shame on you IBIS - sort this out.

You sent me away after 5 hour drive from Calais and you were offering me a room for 5 times the cost I got online.
