Competitively priced but fairly basic as expected. A bed for the night without frills but a very good breakfast well worth paying for. Parking is a big problem!

Basic stop over, needs a bit of attention.

Good location, easy stop-off on our way south. Rooms clean and follow the usual format which works well and is very good value. But - compared to most Ibis Budget, the entrance, lifts etc were all very shabby. Front door was broken, the loo facilities in the lobby were very unclean, reception area very untidy. There was no loo roll in our room, or shower gel. And on arrival the receptionist laughed when I asked where we could park - “lots of people ask me that - I have no idea!” - presumably it would be a good thing to find out then?! It was fine for a short stop over but nothing more than ‘fine’.

Possibly the worst ever experience in a hotel , and I’ll be 48 in a few weeks We booked 2 rooms that were supposed to connect due to travelling with 3 children . At reception we were told that doesn’t exist there. Then we were sent to the 2nd floor where the entire family almost started to throw up due to smell and stains of urine and vomit everywhere on carpet in corridor leading to rooms 208 and 209. Room 208 the pillows had been used as bed was not prepared properly. No toilet roll. Water running through toilet all night. Shower door doesn’t shut. No coffee machine at reception. 2 guys at reception said there was nothing they could do and encouraged us to complain to get full refund. Didn’t even get offered a free breakfast to apologise for the inconvenience ! Shocking. Expecting full refund asap or will take further action . Hotel deserves to be closed down for hygiene issues !!!!!!! SHOCKING

The room was quite basic, but good enough for a one-night stay. A real espresso coffee would have been appreciated for breakfast (rather spartan in all). The staff very kind & accommodating.
