The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue although information regarding alternatives were displayed at reception. We had booked breakfast but were unable to have any as we had our dog with us and there was nowhere to sit and eat with a dog

Super friendly staff, good location if exploring Le Mans, budget friendly and clean. Parking on the street where you can. Rooms do need updating but was ideal for us as we were passing through.

Came to hotel on way to Spain Booked online when got to hotel reception was pleasant to me But when my mum and dad came in with their dog while I went to find parking I informed the receptionist mum was paying for both rooms and my mum had all three passports. My parents wanted to get checked in as their dog is diabetic and needed feeding at that time The receptionist just left my parents standing in reception so they had no option but yo feed the dog there as his food and insulin are time critical When I got back to hotel after finding parking place they still hadn't checked in. I asked the receptionist why and she didn't reply and said I will do it now. The she asked us if we were going out after 10pm as reception closed then and any issues or problems we may have are delt with by the Mercure hotel next door. We were a bit confused to why you would have hotel with guests in with no staff on site. Breakfast was wonderful staff very helpful
