Urgently needs maintenance

Well, first the positive. The hotel is located close to the train station as well as the water taxi station, which allows easy and comfortable access to London and the City. The neighborhood is surrounded by pubs and lovely coffees. The check-in was a nice experience, however somehow the only one. Not telling me, I received an upgrade to an Ibis-plastic-style bathroom room. Unfortunately there has been drainage smell during my entire stay. Complaining during the stay has been unheard, complaining after the stay led to a minimal price reduction of less than 20%. All the rest of the hotel, ok is an Ibis, but even for that below average.

Your comments regarding the drainage smell and the condition of the bathroom are taken very seriously. This is certainly not the standard of comfort and quality that we aim to provide. We apologise that your concerns were not resolved during your stay, and we regret that the resolution offered afterwards did not leave you fully satisfied. Please be assured that we have shared your feedback with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so that the issues you experienced can be addressed promptly. Very budget room, compared to previous stays.
