Great value. Excellent front of house staff. Perfect room. Centrally located. Will return. My only complaint is that the rooms have ‘air cooling’ and not ‘air conditioning’. On the exceptionally hot nights we were there the room really was hot.

it would have been perfect if the airconditioning was working, staff was kind to provide a fan

While air cooling effectively refreshes the air, it operates differently from AC and may not lower temperatures as drastically during warmer periods. We are glad our team was able to quickly assist by providing a fan to make you more comfortable, and we truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Located close to the Cutty Sark DLR station and the Greenwich Maritime museum for easy public transport use. This hotel also has great food-spots nearby and is close to a nice park. The bathroom and shower were clean, functional but nothing special and the room came with comfortable beds, a TV and a tea kettle. The reception area had a table football game, pool table and a bar with very helpful and friendly staff.

Although it is well located, comfortable and staff friendly it is quite overpriced for basic accommodation
