Perfect until denied late checkout... I understand that you were ALMOST sold out on the day of my departure, but was told I could not use my Accor Gold privileges on the day of my departure. At least I could store my luggage. I understand that you had tour buses coming in, but part of a loyalty program is being able to identify the business guests you will see again, versus the tourists you will never see again. I am definitely considering you as my base hotel for Germany/Belgium trips, and hope for a better experience in the future. Edward I. Convenient location, rooms always ok and nice breakfast. Still although I am a regular (more than one stay a month) the check-in and check-out procedure is always the slowest one I have ever experienced in any hotel. This would be the main reason for me to try other hotels in the area.

The staff were all pleasant and very kind. However the room for disabled people in wheelchairs is not great. The shower doesn't reach the chair attached to the wall. The basin is too high for sitting at and no stool so I had to request a plastic chair. There is a rail but it's right on the shower curtain which may explain the excessive and unattractive rust on the base. There was no kettle or coffee/tea in the room and we were told to how a kettle for €10 or bring a mug downstairs. The beds were clean and comfortable and extra towels happily supplied on request. I think next time I'll pay the extra for a higher standard. The receptionists were able to assist both work meine sprechen praktische und auf nett when I reverted into Deutscheglish!
