No Welcome Drink was offered ( ... for being a Silver member), Long waiting time at check-out ( ... as the person in charge was out for a smoke) ...

A little bit far from the citi centre, but a nice hotel. I liked the team, especially the guy from the bar with a high sense of humour. Nice and clean room , and great breakfast! (and also congrats fo the new cook for Rosti dish: prepared for dinner)

Got there in the evening. Hotel chosen because really many accommodations full ! Front desk lady doing its job nothing more nothing less. Got to the 4th floor. The hole was being repainted, but it is done in a very dirty way ! Carpet surety etc… really strange atmosphere! Then the 3 beds rooms is really not like it looks like in the pictures ! Bathroom really horribly made with floor faked to a point that you feel it is not an accor hotel ! Then I only mentioned that to the front desk lady. Answer: “I did not make the picture and the smell and the dirty floor, cannot do anything!”… so much for the Accor hospitality and Swiss image ! Congrats 🎈

Our stay was the most pleasant time, mainly because of the staff, they were intuitive and knowledgeable about the Accor product and customers entitlements of the Accor members program. The check in/out was efficient with the staff making it so easy and happy. The rooms were clean, with everything operating as normal. They were helpful and knowledgeable about anything we ask

I worked myself for Ibis Hotel for 4 years and was very disappointed with this hotel. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head broken, hair and body shampoo was toped up with water not filled with shampo. And the worst the pillows smelled very strong smell off cigarettes which indicated the pillow cases were not changed. I got photos and videos which I took. Very disappointed will not be staying there anymore
