Twice reported a bad smell in the bathroom to reception and nothing was done. One day the cleaning was terrible and done at 5pm (not good on a skiing trip). All spa facilities were out of order and no compensation offered (such as tickets to the spa in the town). Bar closed for a staff event on Saturday night and 4 days later vomit outside still hadn’t been cleaned away. Bar staff left us with empty glasses for ages (on her phone) so we had to keep getting up and asking for service. Only instant coffee and no milk in our room. No minibar and no glasses on the room. All of which I would expect in a 4 star hotel for €250+ per night. Breakfast was good, no complaints there. Very very bad value for money

Nice decor. Spa and pool closed due to a fire 48 hours prior to arrival - hotel did not inform us until we arrived. Not good enough for somewhere named ‘Hotel and Spa’. Whole place stank of smoke; burnt rubble from fire dumped outside our window. Bar and lounge closed on our first day and closed for a private function on our second day. Both times Reception staff directed us to the restaurant, both times restaurant staff ignored us. Staff generally unfriendly and unhelpful in spite of one of us being a fluent French speaker. Felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay. No idea how this place is 4 star.
