We had a fantastic stay here during our recent ski trip and would happily return. The hotel itself is excellent, very comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location for skiing. What really stood out though was the staff, everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the whole stay feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Our room was great and the overall standard of the hotel is very high. Everything felt clean, well organised and professionally run. It was exactly what we were hoping for after long days on the mountain. Breakfast was very good quality, although we did find it a little on the expensive side so only had it once during our stay. The only downside was that the spa was closed due to a fire incident. This was obviously outside of the hotel’s control, and to their credit they handled it well and reimbursed €25 per day for the inconvenience. However, the spa was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, so it was still a little disappointing not to be able to use it. That said, the overall experience was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others visiting the area.

The hotel has a great location, very friendly service, good breakfast, a nice bar and very affordable underground parking incl. free EV charging and enough charge points. Unfortunately, however, the Spa burned down a few days before our arrival. Accidents can happen (including an intense odor in many hotel areas), but the hotel manager should have come up with some free perks (e.g. 1-2 free drinks per night at the bar) and/or a full ticket to the Therme nearby or a free ski ticket per night. For 300+€/night for a 20m² 4-star room, the Spa makes up a significant part of the price and is a major reason to chose this hotel. Regarding the rooms: 214 needs to have the carpet cleaned at the entrance (3 big dark stains) and the rubber between the bathtub and the glass is black/moldy and needs immediate replacement. As an All Accor Diamond member I got a handwritten note, some chocolates and a 15 min free massage offer which was a nice touch, but again, doesnt compensate for a non-existent Spa area.

However, upgrades are granted subject to availability and occupancy levels, which were particularly high during your stay. For the same reason, we were unable to link your reservation with your partner’s booking, as the room categories were different and the hotel was operating at a high occupancy rate. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and to provide you with an experience that fully meets your expectations; and, subject to availability, we will gladly offer you an upgrade on your next stay. We stayed for four nights in February and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is well located and our suite was spacious with stunning mountain views. Only small point is that it would be great to have a sink in the separate toilet, but not a big deal. Of course, it was a shame that the spa was closed, but the hotel were very proactive in offering alternatives and we really enjoyed our free trip on the Mont Bkanc Tramway - thank you! The bar was a highlight, with great service and a delicious cocktails. The Old Fashioned was excellent and the ambience was spot on. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, which offered delicious Italian and local dishes and some wonderful desserts. The service was a little slow, particularly as we had kids with us, but a minor grumble. Across the board, the staff were great. All told, we had a superb stay and will be back.
