Great staff who were super helpful. Well located in Les Houches. We stayed as a family and it was great.

Though an ALL Accor gold member, was put in a standard room that you could see into from the carpark. I think possibly the worst room in the hotel. The room was dated, it looked like it hadn't been repainted or looked after in quite a while. Parking is expensive and was booked out when i got there. There's free parking next to the ski lift. Breakfast was limited with zero fruit. Just meat, cheese, stale bread, and a small amount of eggs, bacon, and beans. Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel is the proximity to the Les Houches ski lift, and my partner had a good pizza the night before.

The hotel is well located, close to the main activities of Les Houches, it is pretty clean, cosy, and the room is pretty spacious.

We noticed that for the suites, a small fridge was not included and large towel for adults for the shower were not available.
