A fat person would not be able to use the toilet

The location is ok except you may get caught out like we did that if you're doing lessons then the gondola is around 1 km away. However if you are not doing lessons then it's a few minutes walk to the gondola which is good. Parking is very limited and we did not know that you had to contact via email ahead to reserve a space so we had to park in the local car park which was annoying. For the main issue of the rooms are so basic you get this tiny pillow and the toilet is separate to the bathroom and I am just so fortunate that I am not fat because genuinely you have to manoeuvre yourself to be able to close the door it's so small and tight

Travelled alone. Joanna in kitchen was amazing Myrium and Rita on reception were so lovely. Room brilliant. Food brilliant. Breakfast beautiful. Only downside no kettle in room.

The staff were always happy to help. So we had room for 5 but there was very little space to hang clothes or store them. And no where to hang towels, ok so we could have them changed every day if we wanted to. And the only other thing is and the most important to us no kettle for tea... typical British 😂 it's was a lovely place and will go back. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely hotel. We did stayed as family of 4 including 16 and 20 years boys. Was esough space for all of us. Lovely breakfast every day, room was well clean every day. We received the Carte d'hote cards well filled with all needed details which was accepted on train without any issue (compered to the other people on the train which had those card but not filled up). Reception girls were fabulous, always happy to help 😀😁.
