Simple, easy, comfortable, clean, with great service from all the staff. Despite the challenging times, we managed to have tasty evening meals - and great pizzas, much much nicer than we'd imagined. The staff deserve all praise.

We booked a room at the ibis budget for 1 night. The hotel is relatively new and modern with basic equipment. Perfectly does the job. However, the bed linens were not changed and dirty (crumbles in the beds, old sock found, ...). Serious cleaning issue in a pandemic time. Immediately reached out the staff to complain and ask for a solution. They actually take the point with no debate, apologized and proposed an upgraded room right away. Appreciated.

The hotel was easy to find. It was very clean and Covid-19 safe. The bed was comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby.

Cannot complain at all about the hotel. Clean, well ordered under the covid circumstances. The fact the hotel pre-authorised my debit card and then raised another charge for the room was out of order. I don't mind the pre-authorisation but use it to pay for the room. It will take up to 10 days for this money to be available to me. This trip I am staying at 4 Accor hotels. It will be an expensive trip! I will have to rethink my plans in future.

Really nice and clean.You can see the Mont Blanc...very nice area ,very calm.Lot of resto,shops around.This place had really good value for the money.It is relatively near to the highway so it is easy to reach Chamonix, Mont blanc and other destinations. Nice hotel and perfect for one night .

Very basic, and not too clean

Great location but the room was extremely basic - the bed and pillows were more like camping equipment than anything and there was some evidence that the room had not been fully cleaned which in the current circumstances was not great

Budget hotel in a great location

Everything closed including reception due to COVID. Would have liked my room to have been left alone during my stay of several days and yet kept finding the Do Not Disturb sign in my room upon my return

Very disappointed as the reception was unable to work the card machine and asked me to go to the hotel next door to pay and now I’ve been charged twice for one room.

Clean and nice hotel, very good price/quality and a decent breakfast. We used it as travel thru, but the location is great for visiting nearby places (like Chamonix,...). Great view from some rooms (Mont Blanc).

We have stayed in this hotel several times as a convenient stopping point on our way to and from Italy. We have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms very clean with comfortable beds and the breakfasts very generous. There are also plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby, should you require an evening meal. I would recommend it very highly to anyone needing an overnight stop for a reasonable price.
