Great location, easy to find, lots of parking, secure, good quick check in, lots of communication beforehand, easy to book and re book as required. The rooms are functional, a place to get your head down, clean and tidy, no outside noise, definitely does the job. Booked as a budget hotel and it was, in a good way. No critism of the service offered. The breakfast was good, a wide choice of cereal, pastries, cheeses, ham, yogurts and GF if asked for. Would defiantly stay again.

The 1st stay was with the family and all went very smoothly in our family room. Breakfast was good too. The 2nd visit was just 2 of us and I'd got my dates mixed up and booked it for September rather than August! The manager was excellent and handled it so well. He sorted me out a room for the night, despite not having a reservation for that night, and only charged a bit extra. Again, breakfast was excellent and catered for my gluten free daughter.
