The hotel is easily walkable from the train station. But, it was raining when we arrived, so the hotel sent a driver to pick us up. That was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, we were very warmly greeted. The rooms were fantastic. Very well appointed and the bathrooms were incredible. Only one point of criticism - the restaurant. The food was good, not great. The service was average and disorganized. We had 3 different servers come over and take orders from us, so it was hard to tell who our server actually was. Probably directly due to that, one of our main appetizers, the fondue, never came out. We didn’t say anything and just assumed they missed it. When we got the check, the fondue was indeed listed so we had to ask to have it taken off the bill. That process was also a little clunky.
