Our thermostat was broken, no toothbrushes provided, the dinner menu advertised in the lift wasn’t even offered for dinner time. Our child couldn’t even eat as they only had fondue on the menu with no flexibility on offerings. We went to hooters instead! Which is a bit embarrassing.

Had an wondeeful experience at Hotel Royal St. Georges Interlaken MGallery. The check in was smooth and even though my sister and I arrived early, they allowed us to store our luggage so we can explore without bringing our heavy bags with us. When we back to the hotel around late afternoon, we were greeted with a nicely appointed room, bigger space than anticipated, with a balcony that offers a stunning view of Interlaken and the mountains. We were also given complimentary wine with a bit of cheese as well as some nuts to snack on. Special shoutout goes to Wojciech for his excellent service throughout our stay.
