All staff we dealt with were friendly and so helpful . Special mention for Fabian and Marta who were exceptional towards us . We will most definately be returning as we were made so welcome. The room we were allocated was so comfortable and the shuttle service was a great plus that we greatly appreciated .

We had a great stay at Hotel Royal St. Georges Interlaken. It was a delight - and a rarity - to stay in a hotel in Switzerland where the aircon works AND allow you to set the temperature. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and able to direct us to the best coffee in town.

Some trouble on the first night with our room request but the staff resolved it for the remainder of our stay by moving us into a beautiful suite with a balcony and Mountain View. The breakfast was appropriate but some mornings it seemed understaffed and no one asked if we needed anything.
