First and foremost, I would like to extend our sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced, particularly during what should have been a joyful and memorable honeymoon trip. We are truly sorry that your stay did not reflect the high standards of service and comfort that we strive to offer each and every guest. We regret to learn that the bed configuration in your room did not meet your expectations. Our team is always available to assist with adjustments or room changes when availability allows, and I am sorry this was not resolved during your stay. Regarding the temporary closure of our à la carte restaurant, this decision was indeed exceptional and driven by operational constraints beyond our control. Nevertheless, we understand how frustrating this must have been and acknowledge that our communication and flexibility in offering alternatives could have been better. It is also deeply concerning to read your comments about the attitude of our staff. Please be assured that this does not reflect the level of courtesy and hospitality we are committed to providing. I will personally investigate this matter and ensure appropriate follow-up with the team.
