Pierre was a wonderful resource to us. He warmly welcomed us in and took his time to inform us about recommended trips, planning around weather, and getting us settled. He was a constant resource we used throughout our trip and a huge asset to us. Thank you, Pierre! We stayed in one of the family apartments, which I recommend highly to any family traveling. The extra space and ability to store and cook food was great after a long day of hiking. The room was incredibly clean and well appointed. I will suggest your property to any friends traveling to the area.

Light and air suite with two separate balconies in a central location in Interlocken in order for us to explore all the surrounding towns and mountain hikes. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The room had two large wooden pillars, which made movement around the room difficult. We accidentally bumped into them 3–4 times. The room also lacked adequate storage space, and there was no iron provided in the room. The vegetarian breakfast was disappointing. The same items were served every day during our 4-day stay, with little to no variety. In addition, the food quantities appeared to be reduced in 4 day time, which was noticeable from the condition of the serving pans. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations by paying premium money. Considering these issues, I hope the hotel will consider providing a refund for one day of the stay.

Overall our experience was mostly disappointing. We made a reservation for the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the train station and it wasn’t there. I had to call the hotel to remind them of our arrival. The checkin experience was fine. The room was good but the coffee machine and the bidet toilet didn’t work. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Breakfast on the other hand seemed lacking without a lot of variety or choice. The extra items on the menu with extra charge shouldn’t have an extra charge.
