Good location. Moderate room quality. My room on first night has problem with heater. it was so cold and hard to sleep. There is a bit problem to connect in room WIFI with my laptop as well. I changed to new room on 2 nd night. Hotel staff is helpful esp. concierge. However, I needed to unpack, pack and then unpack again. Breakfast is a bit little variety.

Restaurant Staff at the Brassiere was too rude during Breakfast even though we reached to have our food before 10:30AM. Staff at Reception made false commitments of having Japanese Bidets in our washrooms but later claimed that they are defective though they were quite aware about the fact. Guest Services were too slow. Calls weren’t responsive. Shortage of Staff was prominently cited.

Check in was smooth and the room was ok. But the breakfast buffer was disappointing. Food was scarce and not being refilled. No eggs or toast bread. Even water ran out.
