My husband and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon trip - everything about our stay was lovely. The service is excellent, hospitality is warm and friendly, our room (a junior suite) was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant. Highly recommend the Honeymoon Treat package if you want to make your stay extra special. We were thrilled with the jungfrau views from our suite; it was like looking at a postcard! Despite visiting in the off-season, we lucked out with gorgeous weather and had great experiences both in town and lakes. We hope to return here on our next trip to Switzerland.

Well! This was like stepping into winter paradise for a couple of days. The staff are amazing and so kind, especially Tomas - it felt like home. The room was perfect, so comfortable and spacious. we spent the evenings with our colleagues at the hotel bar until the small hours and it was super cozy.

From check-in to check-out the service is exceptional. The rooms are very well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was a beautiful place to have dinner at the end of the day while enjoying the sunset and view on the alps. Most major sights are an easy walk away. A truly first-class swiss experience!
