The hotel was located between 2 Interlaken stations. Walking distance . Staffs are very friendly and professional towards guests. The receptionist prepared sauna on our request.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Pierre, the front desk manager, greeted us with a warm smile and even surprised us with a highest-tier room upgrade in celebration of my husband’s birthday. When we entered our room, we were welcomed with champagne, fresh fruits, and complimentary drinks—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. A big appreciation as well to Vasco, who was incredibly prompt and efficient in assisting with our baggage. He truly went above and beyond, even offering us a ride to the train station upon checkout. Antonio and Chris were also very accommodating. They gladly showed us alternative room options to address our room change request, as the original restroom lighting was a bit dim for our preference. Check out was a bit of a wait as it only has 1 staff assisting. I had issue with the remaining charges and need to email them and it was resolved by Zeyad. Overall, our experience was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The hotel is comfortable, well-kept, and perfectly located—just steps away from bus stops, train stations, and plenty of restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

Good location. Moderate room quality. My room on first night has problem with heater. it was so cold and hard to sleep. There is a bit problem to connect in room WIFI with my laptop as well. I changed to new room on 2 nd night. Hotel staff is helpful esp. concierge. However, I needed to unpack, pack and then unpack again. Breakfast is a bit little variety.
