My husband and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were picked up and warmly greeted, and the same warm service continued with the check-in team all the way until we entered our room. We booked a modern-designed room with a very spacious layout, and we especially loved the amenities (all Clarins products). The breakfast was delicious, and overall everything was excellent. We stayed there for 5 nights, and it truly felt like home. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back again.

Location 5 min from train station and city centre. Next to a lot of asian restaurant. Room very spacious and modern despite the classic exterior. Service is superb they provide shuttle from and to the station.

Good location, new years dinner not worth it. Charged me the same for two kids than the adults, requested vegetarian option and they weren’t prepared and didn’t have option but a cold canellloni. Specially requested no raw fish and they brought raw fish. Service to slow, from 7:30 to 11:30pm for dishes being served. Disappointing
