I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during Nov 9-12, 2023. The first night I got the room at the building which is still under construction (there are construction workers working in the early morning and walked pass my room, the windows still under cover and cannot open). I paid for 4 star hotel and didn't expect to get such room with that condition. The reception had not inform us about such condition of the room, no apology or any explanation. Moreover, he also responded us real bad when I asked for the room change. Finally, I got the room change but I had to argue to get one. The service I got was not the service that I could get from 4 star hotel. Before choosing your hotel, I had 2 choices between Lindner Grand Hotel Beau Rivage and your hotel, the price are not different but I decided to choose yours. I went to Interlaken with my friends and I was the one who chose the hotel for the group. With this kind of service, I felt so guity that my frineds had to pay for 4 star hotel but got this kind of service.

Location: close to main train station, but need to walk towards direction of west station for more shops and food. Happy with location. It is walking distance anyway. Room: very spacious. But not enough lighting (all very dim). Sofa bed had been converted into bed upon our arrival. Booked mountain view but view is blocked by tree. Breakfast: less variation (compare with AC Marriot and Holiday Inn in other part of Europe). hoping better and wider selection. Feel that short of staffs, not enough staff to attend our need in time. Check in: feel personalised touch when a staff guided us to our room and showed us the amenities. Check out: saw other guest received spices as souvenir but not us. Shuttle service: we are not clear whether shuttle service from main train station is provided, saw review stated this but this was not communicated to us. We took a cab from train station to hotel. When check out, we was told they can arrange free shuttle for us late afternoon when we need. But when we leaving, they told us that usually don’t have such service but they will arrange one for us, I am puzzled. Interior: we love the interior as feel like inside a castle

I was very pleased with my stay in your hotel, great location, nice rooms, however, would have one or two improvement points. - For any reason, my room door did not fully close when leaving the room, so that it only could manually be fully closed (by using my room card), a relevant detail you may hint your guests to at arrival. - great bathroom, but could there be a solution to exit the shower more safely?
