Rooms are good but service is pathetic. WiFi didn’t connect on the first day even after staff tried for an hour. Local travel pass was not given and no information regarding free shuttle and staff said it’s in the booking confirmation email but it’s not there and when tried to redeem welcome drink they said some other big group booked the bar so not possible. Finally they have broken my trolley handle and for all the issues wrote email twice. Once when I was staying in the property and once I immediately after checkout when found trolley handle stuck but still now none replied . Emailed to the property and duty manager and till now no response. This is my highest paid stay and lowest service and regret to stayed in the property. Need compensation for my damaged trolley
