An absolutely SUPERB hotel from ACCOR - the hotel is very conveniently located next to a major shopping complex and has an amazing view of Mont Blanc with excellent leisure facility. Moreover, the Manager Fabrice and his staff including Emma and Blondine, do an incredible job to give the very best of service whilst working tirelessly for the customers. I was really very impressed with the high level of service and attention. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast exceptional.

The surroundings are amazing and this Ibis styles has some excellent immeneties including sauna with a view of Mont Blanc. But what also makes this Ibis standout is the amazing customer service and attention from the dedicated and very friendly staff. Maurice the manager, Emma on front desk and Blondine at breakfast couldn't do enough at any time to make my stay memorable. I really admire their hard work and dedication. The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast delicious.

+ pleasant staff, large clean room, calm despite being adjacent to lift. - bed uncomfortable, floor scratched (#310), breakfast average. 129€ a bit pricey.
