I have spent 4 days at the hotel and it was ok. Nothing major to highlight, it is a basic 2-3 stars hotel. The breakfast is very basic and the coffee machine is very bad, sometimes stops working to heat up even if there are lots of people getting coffee. The pillows are too soft, but the bed is ok , the room has a good size and bathroom was clean and very good. The lady who makes the room came only once during my stay, but I think this is because she entered in my room at 8:30am and I was still there and she decided not showing again. The location is great: by the road and near a shopping centre with lots of options and a large Carrefour. Free parking is a nice add-on. There is a jacuzzi and a sauna you need to book in advance. There is also a basic gym which does not need booking. Overall it was a good stay and I pay a fair price for it. I would recommend and would consider again when going to Chamonix.

This is not a pretentious hotel but what they don’t have in luxury or space, they compensate with great personal service. Whether we did an overnight stay or several days stay, we feel very welcomed here.
