I booked in to a superior room due to excellent offers in the app. Price was very reasonable with breakfast included. However was difficult to see superior nature of room given I have stayed here many times. Only difference to a normal room was one can of water ( for the two of us). Room was clean though a little dated in areas. Breakfast food was good, just not enough of it. Quite often there seems to be sports teams booked in this hotel that decimate the buffet and it is not restocked quickly enough. It wasn’t even very busy but There was little cereal and no eggs, plus empty pots of hot food. Staff on reception and bar were friendly but breakfast staff need to be more alert and move quicker.

Just so you know for next time the "Superior Queen Room with Sofa" is referring to the bed size and that it can also sleep 2 children on the sofa bed, where the standard room has standard size bed and no kids. If you want the room with the extras, it's an "executive room" that you need (can also take 2 kids), 1 sofa bed and 1 queen bed. We are very proud to support local and international sports teams, and yes they are good eaters. We are normally on top of keeping everything topped up, apologies if that wasn't the case on your visit.

Oh dear, sorry about the wifi, whilst usually very good, we have had the odd issue with it and are contacting an expert to advise us on improvements. The hot water is never an issue, so now we are aware, we will take a look at it to resolve. Please try us again and I hope to see you soon.
