The service was average overall. There was no refrigerator in the room, no complimentary water provided, no kettle for making tea or coffee, and no access to drinking water late at night, which was inconvenient. I initially asked for a firmer pillow, but was told that all the pillows were the same. Later, when I requested a pillow change because of an unpleasant odor, I was given a different pillow, which suggested that other options were available after all. The room had two single beds. I understand this may have been due to an error by the booking agency, but when I asked the hotel if the room could be changed to one with a double bed, there was little support or willingness to help. Overall, the communication was not particularly friendly, and the level of customer service did not meet the standard I would normally expect from a hotel.

Room itself was very nice and cosy. Hotel was well maintained. Only issue I experienced was being charged for a night I didn’t stay due to travel arrangements changing that I wasn’t aware of too far in advance. Fully flexible wasn’t an option when I made the booking, I informed the hotel via email but never received a response, I travelled from England for an event and unfortunately ended up being €152 down which wasn’t ideal, due to this I will very likely not be staying at this hotel in the future.

I stayed there for the second time during the Embedded World trade show. The room was nice and quiet, even if it was close to the elevator. The location is good to visit the old town. On the minus side, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It didn't even have sausages, that's disappointing for Germany. There was an overall lack of variety, even though the quality was good.

Made welcome on arrival as always. The Bar area has always been the perfect place for socialising and Giuseppe and Jose are always there with a smile. Its a shame the restaurant has gone but the Breakfast is as good as ever.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. On the first day, there was no baby cot available, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I had to sleep on the floor, which was very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its preparation for families with young children
