This is my third stay at this hotel in the last 3 years. I feel at home. Fast check in upon my arrival. Nice room as usual with all amenities. Top floor as per my request. But unfortunately the window has no view. The rooms is tidy with sofa chair and desk. Wide screen intelligent screen. Relaxing lights. Very clean. Nice bathroom with reasonable area and accessories. Safe box and mini fridge with assortment of soft drinks with every day filling. Nice and delicious luxurious breakfast in amazing restaurant arrangement. Good service all the time. House keeping was excellent. Check out was very easy. For sure I shall come for other stays when ever possible. The location in the city center is a good asset. It is almost 200 meters from Munich central train station and can be reached easily by train, tram , metro or taxi.

This is our first time in Munich and travelled by train with luggages, location was really near the station, walkable even with large luggages. Near to both Oktoberfest at Theresebeweisse and also near the Old Town Area. Service was exceptional, went the extra effort of providing ID bracelets to be worn when going to Oktoberfest so that if you get too drunk they will know what hotel to bring you back to!

The rooms were extremely hot, unbearable to get ready or sleep in at that heat level. Also, the cleaning service was so incredibly subpar. My pajamas were left on my bed, later to be found on top of my dirty luggage. Mini bar refill was left on the counter, never put in the fridge, so was left with warm beer. I had left a piece of trash on my nightstand, later to be found on my bathroom counter. My sister had another room down the hall, and her dirty towels were re-hung on the hooks after being placed on the floor for a fresh set. She also entered the room upon check in to find sticky bathroom floors.

Towels have dark grey colour, sink is also very dark with pots, walls in the corridore, floor color and cold lighting made me fill very uncomfortable in this hotel..
