We had an unexpected cancellation of a train and needed emergency accommodation near Munich station. We arrived at 9:30 pm and had great assistance from efficient and friendly member of staff. He was able to secure us an excellent Roome and we were able to rest after along and trying day. Can't praise the staff enough for their health.

Very welcoming staff and hotel generally well laid out and furnished for what we needed for our week end in Munich. Downside is that the location is noisy ,especially at the front of the hotel during the night and the general area is quite interesting and busy but seems to be safe ! Only real constructive comment is that breakfast at 26 Euro p/p is far too high. We ate out and found some very nice coffee shops/breakfast bars locally.
