First, no shuttle during 1h20 at the correct location. I took an Uber. Second, the phone of the hotel not working, I spend twice 30 minutes with the waiting answering machine to have the staff to tell me at my arrival: "Ho yeah, it is not working!" No apologies, not a word. Very disappointing. Last, fire alarm was triggered at 23:30. The staff was none existant to explain the situation. Even no comment when the alarm went off, to invite the customers to go back to their room safely. I used to go at this hotel when I have an early flight but I will not choose it again.

Good hotel, helpful staff BUT Very confusing issue of having TWO HOTELS WITH ALMOST IDENTICAL NAMES. We were informed that many visitors are caught out by this issue - SO WHY DOESN'T IBIS STYLES (ALL - Accor Live Limitless) CHANGE ONE OF THE NAMES??

We waited over five minutes before reception acknowledged us. He was literally chatting with one man and didn't even bother to look at us. It was lunch time and the restaurant was closed and all he could tell us was, "walk downtown, there are a lot of restaurants." Directions would have been nice. The shuttle you pay for drops everyone at the same exit and most of us needed to walk a long way to another exit that we had just driven past. There were no instructions how to get there.

Traveling with kids. Their family room was great! 2 bathrooms made the stay much more enjoyable and 3 beds! It was great. Bought it with the breakfast option and we enjoyed the options. Staff was ok, willing to help in English, not in the best mood but overall okay.

Off airport hotel but took an Iber €12 as was evening and cold. You can do local bus 9502 from Roissy t3 bus terminal or find the shuttle. Bed was very comfortable and room climate nice, good shower and the breakfast offering quite generous and fresh. Check in and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.
