Though I was not pleased that I made a booking error in December of 2025 and cancelled the booking immediately and rebooked for the intended stay in January of 2026. I was not credited for the no stay. However Alexandre who was managing the front desk was very helpful and followed through with management on the above-mentioned issue.

I last stayed at this property in late September 2025. In the post stay survey I gave some (justified) negative comments. On this stay I was delighted to notice a huge improvement so that my stay was perfect. The dining room for the buffet breakfast has been significantly improved. The layout has been modified to the extent that there is now more room available to manoeuvre when selecting items. The layout of food is more organised. The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff were always ensuring that sufficient food was available. I was delighted to see one (female) member of staff clean the tables after guests left. Anti bacterial spray was used. Perfect. To all members of staff, THANK YOU. Smart and friendly, I had a most enjoyable 2 night stay. I was delighted to see draught Heineken available at the bar!! My favourite/preferred room that I reqested in advance was set aside for me. Another big thank you. I will definitely return in the future.

Close to the airport but you might have to take a cab. Breakfast is great. Front desk has two great people.
