Check in was a bit busy, was waiting in line for 15 minutes until another receptionist came, it took about 5 minutes to complete once with the front desk. Room was clean and ready for a stay, bathroom immaculate, and a nice tea station set up. Restaurant was open and well stocked, minus the no lamb, but the steak was very nice. LOVED the vegan sticky toffee pudding. And the little convenience shop in the lobby was superb.

Very convenient location for Heathrow, which was exactly what I needed. However, when I went down for breakfast at 8am, many items had already run out and had not been replenished, so the choice was quite limited.

this is a continuing, ongoing issue and gripe I have with the booking platform and reality at this hotel. It happens EVERYTIME. You fill out the request in additional information for room choice, you check in the day before, you turn up at the hotel and the staff have done NOTHING about the online checkin/room request. End up with the WORST room locations. As a gold card holder what exactly are the benefits afforded to me if this is NEVER taken into consideration? I have a constant discussion to try to get a quiet room as I am awake early for long days. It is not a luxury but a necessity!

The room was nice, and the price was great, especially for the location and the quality of the amenities. However, the service was awful. There was a gigantic line to check in and just one person working the desk at 7:30pm. When I finally got my turn, the employee tried to make me pay again for the room even though I already paid. I could've easily been double charged. Then, it took ages for my dinner order to be taken and to be cooked.

A good spread for Breakfast . Having a Shuttle readily available to Heathrow was a plus and a short walk to take the buses to Hayes/ Harlington was just right !
