It is already 3rd time, during the check-in in Accor hotels the reception clerk is insuring that the breakfast is included (I always book without breakfast). for the double check I ask if he/she is sure about it and they say Yes. at the end of the stay the reception clerk is asking for payment for the breakfast. I noticed it in 3 different brands of Accor hotels. Hope it is not a new policy.

Hotel could do with a bit of a face-lift as very dated. But they staff were friendly, the room was clean and the location was great for the accessibility to the station. If stopping in Dusseldorf again though I would pick somewhere further away from the station.

Pleasant staff. Couldn't have been closer to the station - it is a part of it! It would help if the description stated that the entrance is inside the station concourse! Adequate room for an overnight. We did miss tea/coffee-making facilities.

Hotel with 2 elevators and when I was leaving the hotel at 5:00am I have to use the stairways from the 4th floor because none of the elevators were working and the toilet of the bathroom was terrible experience because I used once and even flushing so many time it did not work at all. Very dissapointed with this hotel after staying so many times, but this time it was the worst!

Value for money... Basic hotel from Accor series... Small and compact room for 1/2 person... Note for train travelers: if you have many or heavy bags and you need to catch train and if you are searching lifts then this will be helpful... Exit in to train station from hotel intenal door.. walk for 10 meter take left go straight and then right you will have lifts available for all platforms except 1, 2 and 3. Hotel Location is awesome... No food options rather than pizza after 6.00pm... If you are accor member then you can pay entire amount by points... While booking you can only burn your 2000 points but once you are there you can ask them to burnt your point for payment... Bar is small and limited option... I especially want to thanks Mr. Travic (I hope i remember your name correct...) he supported me enormously... Because of him i am able to burnt my full points and that night i avail like free of cost. As a gold member, i got room at approximately 70 euro. I got benifit of approximately 30 additional of early check-in and welcome drink... Additional 10 euro on evening drinks... So total 80 euro bill... Then i burnt my 4K points... So total cost for 1 night is 0. Improvement for each room: 1. A kettle to boil water 2. Tea or coffee sachet Commercially this shall not impact much... But the foreigners will have good impact of this hotel
