We can’t sleep because of bad services.

Aircon is not working. Telephone is not working. We spend two (2) nights without sleep because of a very hot room. We reported the issue on the receptionist twice. They just promised to fix it never done anything. Me and my wife are very frustrated. We don’t recommend this hotel.

We were 2 adults and a baby and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Location is amazing for walking distance activities and sightseeing day and night. Even though the area is pretty alive and fun at night, the noise doesn’t come into the rooms allowing us and the baby to sleep.

Great location and inside condition of hotel, but the outside was like a building site and we left an item in the room and got no response from guest services despite 2 e-mails

We were warmly welcomed to the hotel, which was perfectly located for our first family visit to Paris and the exploring we wanted to do. Area was noisy at night, which could be heard in the room, but the room was clean and comfortable and had enough space for the four of us to sleep in. For the price, including breakfast would have been welcomed.
