Very well located and comfy beds. The personal was also on spot and handled everything as expected. Only minibar was blocked so we had to call the reception to bring drinks.

The staff at Atelier H (Johanne RABOUIN, Basile BERTIN & Thibaud PERGENT) were very patient to answer my queries via email and the follow up was very good. During the onsite sessions, they were very helpful to ensure that the experience was comfortable and to our needs. Once the renovation is complete, it will be even better. Location is also very convenient, which is next to the Metro.

The location and staff of this hotel are outstanding for anyone visiting Paris. It's conveniently situated near all the major attractions and right next to the metro. The staff truly went above and beyond during our stay. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room for the night—special thanks to Benjamin and the lady who checked us in for making our stay so memorable.
