We had a very frustrating experience due to relentless construction noise that felt like drilling into our ears. We couldn't remain in the room during the day, which was a major issue since I needed to rest. Additionally, our hand soap and conditioner bottles were broken upon arrival. Despite requesting replacements, the hotel never delivered them. The overall impression is that the team is too busy to attend to guest needs.

The hotel is very well located within minutes to many of the most famous cultural sites in Paris. Room was a bit boring with lack of light in the ceiling and practically no view from the window.

The room was good. A wider range of teabags would have been better, but we took some from breakfast (mainly Darjeeling and pure green - teas from tea plants). Breakfast got crowded, especially in the narrow space in front of the omelette station. The failure of several coffee machines during our stay led to more congestion. Having eggs cooked freshly not only reduces waste but also gives a far better product than those overcooked in heated trays - the omelette station is excellent.
