The hotel location and the staff is amazing and even the food was good. The room was very average and small with 2 beds occupying almost the whole space and no space for luggage.

We had a 3 night stay with my wife and two daughters. The location was great to visit Disneyland with metro and Louvre museum on foot. There was a shopping mall and a metro hub just under our feet. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel under renovation which I was not aware of or made aware of on booking. Drilling and cutting machines operation at 8am in the morning even on a Saturday morning. Didn’t go to Paris to stay at a building site for 3 nights for €2,300.

Our second stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised with the renovated lobby and rooms. The service was also more welcoming and friendly across everyone I have interacted with. The Molton Brown amenities smell and feel lovely - you don’t often get these at this price point. The only downside was their restaurant only serving Indian food, and I didn’t see a room service option. When you’re in a rush (or as in our case, trapped inside due to clashes and riots outside), having some food variety would be nice.

We booked Novotel Les Halles in Paris for a family holiday. Because of serious unrest in the city, with clashes and tear gas, we had to cut our stay short and leave early for our safety. Although we informed the hotel and Accor, we have not been refunded for the unused nights, and customer service has not offered a clear resolution. I find this unacceptable for a family that left for safety reasons. There is an open complaint with Accor (#26…) and I expect the refund to be made.

- The location could not be better. It was right next to a big mall, walking distance to Notre Dame, and right next to a metro station with great dining options nearby. - The breakfast was very good—both the options and the service. Adding smoked salmon would have made it even better. - The staff were very helpful. They even helped me with taking my luggage to the Uber. - The small selfie box is a very unique addition.

Not a very engaged team at the front desk, didn’t have answers for questions when I asked them for advice on Paris. No info on the gym being closed for renovations was available until I asked when this was a key factor considered when booking. Wasn’t told until I asked. Food and beverage team was exceptional and housekeeping team were also great.
