Hello Team, It was a comfortable stay in your hotel but as a vegetarian person options are limited for Breakfast and Dinner. May be you should keep more options for vegetarian people because I had hard time with the food during my stay in your hotel. Nearby to your hotel there is no bakery or restaurant so for vegetarian person it is very complex. Apart from food my stay in your hotel was very comfortable. Thanks & regard Mahi V..

While the staff were extremely generous and helpful and should be commended for this. Room was large bed was large and bathroom adequate.. only shower gel provided. Not much space to store clothes out of cases ( but that seems to be the norm these days. While we were give a lot of information in perfect English when we arrived. Although the room had no information about hotel facilities, to take time and consideration using. It was the facilities that were disappointing, we booked a modern hotel with AC and fridge as we needed both these facilities. Our first night on arrival the Fridge was not working and we could not store our drinks to cool in it ( we were given the option to use the hotel’s main fridge in reception which was under lock and key (we used this option as we had arrived during the heatwave) The first morning there was a power cut (I would expect a hotel to have back up power) I was very thankful I had brought my own fan as once the electricity was back on the AC was no longer working. No one came to our room to see if we were ok or keep us updated with the situation. I was glad we were on the 1st floor and did not have to walk down multiple levels to get out (There was a lift which was small and could not be used during power cuts) We didn’t try any food in the hotel as we wanted go local so have no comment on that. But staff were lovely and kind, very professional.

I reserved luncheon table for 4 at the kitchen’s opening. Another hotel guest was arriving and checking in and joining me along with another friend. Two of us were early and I asked to be seated at our table to chat while awaiting the opening of the kitchen. From habit, knowing I was eating in 15 minutes, I put the napkin on my lap. I was chatting with my friend when a server named, Eric, came and snatched the napkin off my lap and raised his voice at me saying, "Qu’est-ce vous fait avec cette serviette!?!?!” I have never been treated like this anywhere in the world. This is so totally inappropriate and unacceptable.
