The heating was not working , the receptionist said that it is late and the can not do anything at 8PM... I receive a small heating machine but after 10-15 m of using it stopped so was very unpleasant for me the first night ..The next day someone came and fix the warming however there was only very very little improvement.. the breakfast and the price for this hotel is very good however the conditions are not even at the level of 3 stars…

First I had a room at the 14th floor next to the elevator, the noise was so frequent and loud, I requested to change room, I had to go back up to my room to pack up everything and then to go at the reception to get the key card of my second room which was at the 11th floor still the elevator noise was too loud. Again I requested to change room only a 2 single bed was left on the second floor, this time at the end of the corridor without elevator noise.
