One night stay restaurant selection poor and expensive especially as we had to eat in our room. Not enough space or 2 chairs. Too far from town to walk used KFC takeaway. Breakfast well organised

Reading the other comments posted by our customers on the Internet, it turns out that we have only received positive feedback from our catering ... Currently in France, all restaurants being closed (government decision), you can only consume food and drinks in hotels / restaurants ONLY IN THE ROOM. Which usually satisfies our customers. Stay each year in ibis hotels but think the Spanish prices are better. Due to where we live it's along Day journey to get to Spanish frontier hence the need for hotel in between.

Friendly and pro-active staff attitude, reaching out after reservation concerning dinner options. I had room 33 which was quite noisy (ventilation / heating system, I guess) Would prefer another room next time.

Nice and good hotel even with covidperiod. Rooms were good. Meals (in the room) were also good. Receptiondesk well prepared. Parking directly before the hotel and only for hotel guests. Without covid it must be also very good.

Super experience with check in and delighted to have a meal. Only the old heating/ac unit that made me allergic all night was a negative.

Prior to arriving we were told that the restaurant would be closed. A couple of days be before arrival we received a message to say that food would be available in our room. Upon checking in I asked the male receptionist what food was available. He said none. I said but I have a message that there would be. He shouted "I said none". This happened three times wih him becoming more and more aggressive. I persisted and he eventually waved a piece of paper at me and whilst I was asking him how to order, he walked off !! An extremely unpleasant employee The morning staff were all very charming

7th time I've stayed and is always excellent as a stopover en route. Restaurant is first rate and staff so friendly. Wifi is fast, and free..secure parking and comfy clean rooms.

All good apart from the next room which had their TV until at least 2am, then clattered around from about 6am, so not much sleep !

This is a very good hotel with nice friendly staff and we had a nice evening meal and breakfast the following morning. Covid precautions were very clear and evident - we will try to stay here again if we are in the area

All aspects of this hotel are excellent. Welcoming staff, clean rooms, well served and presented delicious dinner, very impressive and enjoyable all you can eat buffet breakfast. Good value for money and staff who obviously take pride in their workplace.

We have stayed at this hotel before , but this time it was a disaster rude unhelpful staff . Food in the restaurant the starter was good but main course was inedible. Rude staff at breakfast clearing up before 10am and not asking if we had finished . The staff just laughed and walked away in a huff when I complained.. WONT STAY THERE AGAIN !!!!

We stopped here overnight on the way to Girona and on the way back. It helps break the long drive from Normandie. It was clean and we had everything that we required. The rooms a lottle small, but as it is you can live with that. The in room WiFi was a little hit and miss, but I managed to do what I set out to do. I particularly liked the fact that you could order food and take it to your room. Reception ring you when it is ready. Especially good after a long journey and you are too tired to go to the restaurant. There was a fair selection for breakfast and the buffet was kept stocked and scrupulously clean.

We used to stay here quite regularly but haven't been for a few years. On this return visit we discovered that the hotel had been given a makeover and the decor looked much more contemporary. However, the rooms are still very small. The nice thing about this hotel is its large car park surrounded by grassed areas, making it easy to exercise our dog. The restaurant is also good.
