Ugh, where do I even begin? This place is a dump and totally unwelcoming! I get that it's a Budget brand, but I've seen way better in other cities... it seriously needs a makeover. The check-in was alright, I guess. The room was tiny, as expected, but the bathroom looked like it was from the 80s. The third bed wasn't made, so I had to do it myself for my son. Breakfast was skimpy with no variety, and they didn't restock it for almost 20 minutes when we got there at 9 AM. Again, I know it's budget, but this is just bad service. The real fun started when we went to the "living room" area and got kicked out by the cleaner lady, which I've never seen happen at a hotel before. In the evening, we had to wait in line for what seemed like the only microwave in the whole place. They wouldn't let us eat dinner in the cafeteria because they wanted to keep it clean for breakfast the next morning. So, we had to sit outside at a picnic table and get eaten alive by mosquitoes... I ended up leaving my running shoes in the room and called to ask if they could mail them, offering to pay for it, but the clerk on the phone said they don't do that. I had to drive all the way back to pick them up myself 😩. Seriously, never again, and I honestly wouldn't recommend this place; it's just a mess and they clearly don't care about customer service.
