Sir, We are sorry to read that your stay did not live up to your expectations but we take good note of your various remarks and will do everything possible to meet your excpectations during your future stays. Indeed, we have not yet been able to give you an upgrade, this being due to a lack of availability during your visits but we hope to be able to soon make you discover our "privilege" rooms. We have also taken into account your comments concerning the heating and have forwarded the information to the hotel's technical department.
