Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of your room, our location, and the friendliness of our team. We are sorry, however, that you felt our staff were sometimes overworked and that the bar was not always attended. We understand how this may have affected your experience and will share your comments with the relevant teams. Regarding the pool, it is maintained daily and its basin was renovated before the summer season. We nevertheless take note of your remark regarding its condition and will continue to monitor it closely. We also appreciate your feedback on the restaurant. We are sorry that the choice and portion sizes did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments will be shared with our restaurant team. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and providing you with an even more enjoyable stay. Kind regards, Flora, Reception Service

Very pleasant staff who were overworked, as the bar was often without bar staff. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool could do with a refurbishment. The restaurant was very pleasant but the menu was very limited and the portions quite meagre.

I had booked a room with walk-in shower but got a shower with a step. My husband is in a wheelchair so this was a difficulty. The restaurant was booked for eight o'clock and when we arrived were chastised for being an hour late then after ordering we were waiting a while and they produced my husband and I our dinner, though unfortunately they delivered me the wrong meal. So I had to wait a while. This meant that my husband eat his meal whilst I looked on and he had to do the same. Also the water we ordered did'nt arrive until I chased it up. The other issue is that the hotel advertised wheelchair friendly but didn't say that the pool was only accessed by steep ladders with no roman steps. The only saving grace is that the hotel is conveniently located by the marina and the river giving it a beautiful view. So to summarise please make these issues clear on your website to avoid disappointing other wheelchair guests. Regards Barbara S.

The shower floor was lethal. WE are not handicapped but it was very slippery and there was no handrail! For people with difficulty seeing and needing light - the decor was too dark. A choice brighter lighting would have helped .

Dear Madame, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed our peaceful setting, beautiful gardens and our unique location. We are sorry to learn that you found the shower floor to be slippery. Guest safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please note that non-slip shower mats are available on request from Reception and our team is always happy to provide one whenever needed.
