Had had some not so good experiences with Accor hotels recently (London, Barcelona) but these people made my stay a pleasure. They seem to really enjoy working there and made it a great experience.

Avoid at all costs. We arrived on Friday for a three night stay and got to our room and instantly decided the room was not up to standard. We were in the room less than five minutes before we came downstairs and explained to the manager we would not be staying here as it was not up to the standards we would expect for the price. He told us he would initiate the refund after we explained and we trusted in good faith that this was sent to us. However, after we left the property we found out he has charged us for the first night which he didn’t tell us when we were there and told us it was their policy despite the fact the room was dirty and we were only there 20 minutes. I’ve tried to get in contact multiple times and have been ignored over and over again. Outrageous behaviour.

Visited the hotel as an overnight stopover on the way to the coast. Family of four. Room was clean, hotel was easy to find, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel had a pool which was a bonus. Receptionist spoke excellent English.

Stayed for a week, great welcome from the staff, breakfasts very good, room cleaned and tidied daily. Nice bar with snacks and pool area, with pool towels. Fresh water freely available for filling water bottles. Only gripe was that our room overlooked the Ibis Budget car park, which was quite noisy - quite a few vans coming in - and adjoined the Budget side, very close to the lift that side, so noisy there too.
