ibis Styles Cognac Hotel 3 stars

We stayed for one night. Immediately on arrival we were greeted by welcoming staff who made us feel really welcome. We were checked in quickly and given all the information we needed immediately. We enjoyed the pool in the very hot weather, then decided to eat at the hotel. The choice of dishes on offer was varied and we had a delicious meal. The restaurant area overlooks the pool and there is table service for bar drinks and food, so we felt very spoiled. The staff are professional and attentive and all seemed really happy people....they are a winning team. We also ate breakfast at the hotel. Simple but varied choices, and plenty of it. The coffee and juices were excellent for a 3 star hotel...all fresh!! The room was a standard double with a fold out sofa......we have two teenages but the sofa bed folded out into two individual beds and they were large and comfy. The room was a really good size for our growing family. Check out was quick and easy, also lots of parking at the hotel, some shaded. ......we also ended up returning later that same day to the Ibis Styles......as said teenage son had forgotten his headphones in the room. On our return arrival they had been found in the room, stored and were awaiting our arrival. The staff make this hotel......they really do make you feel wanted, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is clean, comfortable, masks worn by staff and guests at all time where required. The hotel has everything you could wish for a short stay or a longer holiday. We will be returning!!

Arrived and check was really easy, pool was great and room spotless and comfortable.

Stayed 1 night only as a stopover but we very happy with the hotel, services and particularly the efficiency and friendliness of all staff. Good procedures in place for covid. We also ate in the hotel which offers a nice space and tasty offerings. Very convenient and good value.

On the way to our holiday destination, we decided to have a night stop and choose the option to stay in the countryside due to the COVID crisis. A very good option and experienced very adequate measures.

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Cognac on a business trip and found the employees were extraordinary. In particular is David Peaudeau who when a taxi was not available to take me to the facility I was working at, had his Wife give me a ride on her way to drop their Daughter off at school. David truly enjoys his work, and is a real people person.

Better than expected

Hotel staff and hotel design made it a very pleasnt experience.

Great location as a base to tour cognac houses in the region. Excellent staff, friendly helpful and informative. Good facilities, parking especially. Wifi excellent. Second visit, info logged for future visits.

We had a great time even though was just a stop over. The staff were very helpful particularly the gentlemen on reception ( think it was David)

Lovely staff

Excellent location, very clean, superb and attentive staff. The rooms were a decent size with a very good sized shower and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is well appointed with excellent decor and in a good location. The breakfast was excellent.
