Very disappointed with our stay. Room was very hot when we arrived and had a centrally controlled system. Asked at reception multiple times for the temp to be brought down but nothing worked. I’m unsure if there was even an ac unit in the room. Eventually we were shrugged off with no offer of an alternative. Breakfast was good but service terrible. We came down later on in the service and the staff were very unfriendly. Terrible atmosphere and we left as quick as we could. Don’t plan on staying at an ibis again after this experience unfortunately.
