The Breakfast team was very good and helpful . They served tea coffee eggs sausage all to excellent standard . The front lobby was decorated with best Christmas decorations with Bobsleigh and two real looking Reindeers . Checkin and Checkout was smooth

Hotel is in great location, close to bus and rail stations. The rooms and communal areas are very clean and staff are helpful. Being an Accor member, we were upgraded by Gabby on arrival and appreciated the extra space and free minibar, and bar vouchers. Many thanks Gabby for organising.

We had a lovely weekend. Stayed for a night and had a great experience. Check in was smooth and super friendly. Kanny was so lovely and made the start to our weekend a great one. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again soon. Merci beaucoup Kanny

Overall good experience, however one point to note is the mattress is too soft. Not good for the back.

Additionally, we apologize for the oversight with the replenishment of bottled water in your room.
