Booking process was over complex and difficult - but stay was great. Several “promised” return calls never materialised and disappointingly the car EV charge points were STILL not repaired weeks after being aware of them being ‘out of service’ breakfasts are also far too expensive. There are reputable places by Hammersmith tube that do them for less. A planned extension of one day to original booking was so riddled with issues I eventually out of frustration contacted the executive of the Accor group. This was because the planned arrival date was rapidly approaching and I was making little progress on clarifying obvious details on extended stay, parking, charges and room retention for added night. All really basic hospitality enquires really. The response from the extremely arrogant ‘Ali’ (some underlying exec manager not the CEO I’d contacted) essentially dismissed my (entirely valid) comments in favour of some adolescent, unhelpful and accusatory waffle that missed the points made entirely. It did give me an insight into the customer relations ethos of the executive (dire) which doesn’t match the actual (very good) Novotel London west at Hammersmith. In summary great hotel, poor booking processes and customer relations and promised responses very poor. Also having inoperative EV points, at a hotel in the ULEZ zone of London, that has underground parking is simply ridiculous and remiss in an age when a growing customer base will own EV vehicles. This feedback form is also riddled with the usual restrictions - poorly constructed. Ie I booked on line AND by phone and had to make repeated enquiries by email to the hotel - latter because contacting by phone can be troublesome.

Unfortunately there was no mattress for the baby crib. On the homepage it says baby crib on request, which was possible, but unfortunately it's useless without a mattress for the baby. The rooms could get some reservation and the drain of the bathtube was a bit clogged with some hairs which wasn't very nice. But in general we had a good night sleep with very comfy beds.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. All areas spotlessly clean. Excellent location for Hammersmith Tube. Large single beds and extremely comfortable. Room exceptionally quiet.

Well located and reasonably comfortable. Only comments are that the room air conditioning did not work well and that I was charged a 12% service charge on a glass of wine where previously I hadn’t. I could not find any reference to a service charge for drinks in your drink menu. It would be good to know that additional charges will be applied to your services before purchasing.
