Nice hotel but the room let it down. On entering the room the smell hit you, it smelt like a really old house. The carpet had some really bad stains on it, it clearly needed changing. The bedside light didn’t work. The shower controls came off in your hand . Breakfast was decent, staff nice.

Had a warm welcome during check in and our request (paid upgrade) to a suite was honored. Room was comfortable and clean (apart from the carpet in certain areas). Complimentary mini bar items were a nice touch. Free drinks vouchers did not cover more expensive drinks at the bar which is something management may want to consider.

Generally a good experience and a nice hotel. Unfortunately I had to move rooms late at night due to the fact there were housekeeping working outside of my room for a long period of time due to where it was located, and that was preventing me from being able to sleep. My room was across from of a room they used for supplies etc. I have stayed here once before on a different floor and didn't have that problem.

Hi, I enjoyed the hotel for the most part, but I had trouble draining the water in the tub, the safe had to be reset and the refrigerator didn’t work but a guy replaced it. I like the deep tub, the bar was nice and the breakfast was good although they watched just like a hawk. I felt to make sure we didn’t take any extra food.

I can recommend Novotel London West to all travellers having stuff to do in Western part of London, as it is located nearby the metro. I DON'T recommend this hotel to anyone not having local mobile data packages, as the WiFi is extremely unstable, the signal disappears completely and if it's eventually there, it's extremely slow, not good enough for watching a Youtube clip, let alone having an online work meeting etc.

Our room was very outdated, rhe carpet had marks, the furniture was old and had some scratches, the plant outside the hotel were dead, the ash trays were not emptiedduring our stay

When arriving into the room we found that the room had been double booked and that another family was in the room, this caused 2 families to not have a great experiance and all we got from reception was ow sorry and then issues us a new room and took our free drink voucher off us that we had for the other room!

The hotel was very well located and very nice. Breakfast was good. We did have 1 dinner in the hotel and it wasn't great. But with plenty of food options around not a big deal at all. I would definitely stay there again.

The experience was okay, the staff was great at helping us find things around given that we are new in the country. The restaurant had good breakfast and good food in general. The only downside and an area of improvement from my experience is the quality of the rooms, the mats looked old and dirty. You can see housekeeping does their best to clean and big ups to them but the hotel furniture is just old. Definitely below expectations compared to other Novotel hotels I know of this area can improve.

Divya at the reception desk was good; there was a minor delay in checking-in but she explained clearly that there was an issue in the system; Housekeeping is not up to the par; the room had a stained bedsheet when I entered, thus had to call and replace. Post that, getting help from housekeeping is not easy. Either had to call more than once to get what I asked. In one case, what I asked did not arrive even after asking 4 times.
