Great location and an overall enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout. Food quality was fantastic, with plenty of choice, and the amenities were excellent and well-maintained. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit tired and could benefit from an update. With some refurbishment, this would easily be a top-tier experience.

I was there for a week and for that amount of time it would have been nice to be offered an upgrade as i use the hotel every time i stay in hammersmith

Stayed for 2 nights for an event at the Olympia, perfect location for easy access, however the room was disappointing as was the service.

Stayed for 14 nights in a Premium Executive room and had to ask for room cleaning and mini bar refill every 2-3 days. Took this matter up with both the day and night shift managers but still same problems happened until last day of my stay. To make matters worse the day shift manager accused me of asking for multiple minibar refilling daily stating that one of the team members raised this up. I was asked by the night shift manager to make an official complaint to the Guest Relations Manager which I never met as I was told he was in a meeting in the morning. When asked for him in the afternoon the answer was he had finished his shift. I have been staying at your hotel everytime I visited London since 2022 and a Silver Accor member it was so disappointing with what happened and how things were handled. Was told that my complaint would be look into and would be contacted back by the Guest relations manager. Hopefully will be contacted back soon.

the food quality was really bad, eg cut fruits for breakfast is so dry seems like this was kept under storage for months, outdated rooms and broken shower controls
