The hotel is fine. Nice bar, friendly reception and free water in the room. However the rooms themselves are pretty basic. Plain walls with no decoration and just has more of a 3 star feel than a 4*. It's a huge hotel and I think it's time for a refurb of the rooms. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Just not as good as other Novotels I have stayed at.

We have a high-regard for London West and, as normal, had a great stay. The room was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I am very happy to recommend this hotel. But there were minor issues: The lift to the car-park was faulty The loose toilet seat in our room (that we experienced at an earlier stay in April) was still faulty The toilet cistern kept leaking - creating noise and wasting water

Briefly, arrived to checkin , booked a nice room for my wife for her award night. Gone to the room and it was used by someone else. Tried to call for help and no one answering. Had to get the lift back again and the reception lady was so cold and apologies once with matter of fact. I had to ask for a drink voucher for the inconvenience caused and she was not pleased to give it… her demeanour and customer service was non existent. Very poor. If I did not ask I won’t get.she told you need to put a complaint online and you might get a voucher. Not impressed.

Stay was smooth you could offer help to people when chevking in , sometimes folks would hv travelled 11 hrs cleared immigration queues and then reached ur hotel
