We also regret the difficulty with seating in the restaurant; we strive to accommodate all our guests comfortably and will review our seating arrangements to better serve everyone. Moreover, we acknowledge the issue with the breakfast check-in and are looking into streamlining this process for a smoother experience. We understand the importance of secure bicycle storage for our guests and will take your suggestion into consideration for future improvements. We take pride in our hotel\'s standards and it seems on this occasion, we did not meet those expectations.
