Our room was very outdated, rhe carpet had marks, the furniture was old and had some scratches, the plant outside the hotel were dead, the ash trays were not emptiedduring our stay

When arriving into the room we found that the room had been double booked and that another family was in the room, this caused 2 families to not have a great experiance and all we got from reception was ow sorry and then issues us a new room and took our free drink voucher off us that we had for the other room!

The hotel was very well located and very nice. Breakfast was good. We did have 1 dinner in the hotel and it wasn't great. But with plenty of food options around not a big deal at all. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s Very nice and clean hotel but no disposable slippers to wear inside the room. I stayed a night before in Hilton London West is a small hotel but essential accessories are available.

The experience was okay, the staff was great at helping us find things around given that we are new in the country. The restaurant had good breakfast and good food in general. The only downside and an area of improvement from my experience is the quality of the rooms, the mats looked old and dirty. You can see housekeeping does their best to clean and big ups to them but the hotel furniture is just old. Definitely below expectations compared to other Novotel hotels I know of this area can improve.

Divya at the reception desk was good; there was a minor delay in checking-in but she explained clearly that there was an issue in the system; Housekeeping is not up to the par; the room had a stained bedsheet when I entered, thus had to call and replace. Post that, getting help from housekeeping is not easy. Either had to call more than once to get what I asked. In one case, what I asked did not arrive even after asking 4 times.

The first room we had was a handicap room (I'm not handicaped) that was so tiny that there is no way a wheelchair could move around in it.in taking a shower, we flooded the bathroom area with water due to the poor design of the shower. The room AC did not work, so we moved to a second room where the AC was meager at best. My travel partner had the be moved to 3 different rooms because of AC issues.

Room could use some repairs and a deep cleaning. Safe wasn't working, an outlet wasn't working. Stains a streams on the walls, spots on the carpet, black mold on gum lip in shower, along with some hairs in the shower. Staff very friendly and helpful, great location.

Although the stay was comfortable, however the hotel itself is very very crowded. The lifts take a long time to arrive, even though there’s plenty of them, the breakfast was extremely busy and crowded, more space could have been used - but a lot of it was taken up by a “member only” space, which seems strange considering everyone staying is a paying customer and has a right to eat their breakfast comfortably, not a crammed, crowded space. Most food items were not replenished fast enough due to how busy it was, and the bath was very tiny and tight to use.

Spent 9 days in London, already knew the hotel from a previous trip in 2025. Since the experience was good, booked again and was not disappointed. Hotel remains top notch, with friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations and excellent location. Should I be in London again, will do all my best to book this place again.
