I was booking a room at ibis epinay sur seine and i pay there and i was having emergency things so i didnt stay so i ask the front office to get the refund he tell me he will ask the manager and he will call me back but nothing happen really very shame thats happen in to me with ibis

Everything was excellent, the service, friendly, helpful staff, good free parking and chargers available for electric cars at good kW price. I liked the wide breakfast times, 06.30 to 10.30, and you were not hurried out when 10.30 was approaching. I went to Mylène Farmer's concerts at Stade de France and the hotel is ideal for visiting the stadium, across the road is the tram stop for the tram that goes directly to Stade de France in about 15 minutes. The bedroom was good for the price with a nice view and there was always very hot water available. My only complaint is that carpet would be very much better than the synthetic wood floor. It made it necessary to creep about the room at night so as not to disturb the neighbours and if you dropped anything there was a tremendous noise. I could not even give my dog, a chihuahua, a bone because when she chewed it it made loud clanking sounds on the hard floor. Also it was cold to your feet. Some kind of cheap fitted carpet would be much better. I was very pleased with my stay and would use this hotel again.

The guys at the reception are great. The house keepers do extremely good job in the room. The rooms are neat and neat. Nice place to stay.
