all good except no gluten free bread for breakfast - i asked for this and was told that it was ,but unfortunately it was not.

Enjoyed our stay apart from breakfast service on Saturday and Sunday. If the member of staff on breakfast duty had been as industrious and proactive as Iria was on Monday and Tuesday the rating would have been higher. She needs to be commended for her service

The room was clean when we arrived so no issue here. The sound insulation from the street is not good and can hear noise all the time. Same for the heat, I could feel cold weather coming into the room while the window was closed. Automatic heating didn't work and the radiator took long time to warm up the room. Also website stated spoken languages - French, English, but only 1 person could talk a bit of English and wasn't available all the time.

Either stop charging for breakfast or improve it. Have English speaking people at the reception. The lady during the breakfast hours was very rude.
