The worst ever. Will never stay at Ibis ever in my life and will never recommend it to anyone. Horrible client services. Lost a lot of money due to error in booking. When I tried to reschedule the reservation due to inability to travel was told i cannot, and could not get a refund either. Negative attitude by the people at helpdesk. Regret making the booking.
