We had 2 nights with a bongo, Everything was ready when we came, The poeple at the reception were very friendly. We had a clean room without any noise from neighbours , and we slept good🙂 - very comfortable 2 persons bed. Its only 10km from eifel tower , and i prefer to leave your car at hotel for safety , and take ' BOLT' Taxi for 17,80€ to eifel tower , at night 23:00 we payd only 14,80€ to get back to the hotel , reception was again very friendly. Rooms weren't ready for our group of 57 people, no apology came

Apart from JUST two rooms – no other rooms had bed linen on blankets. They told the guide that they had some problems with laundry company – to be honest – we don’t care. We paid for prepared rooms and they were not prepared. Everything was solved in a way that the receptionist broughts blankets with bed linen from rooms that were not occupied. Why it was not prepared before? They were solving this till 22:50 night with help of our guide and teachers. Timings for breakfast: we were told that these should be agreed directly with the hotel. We did it (we needed 2 time slots for breakfast), it was sent there 4 months before trip. Confirmed from the side of hotel. When they arrived the receptionist told them nothing was agreed. How come if I have in the email? Deposit – the hotel wanted 500 EUR deposit from the group. It also was not agreed before. What I am very disappointed is that no apology came, no compensation, nothing. Just the form for evaluation arrived - here you have it.

The staff at the hotel were helpful with any queries and questions I had. I was on a bicycle and they took that into account really well so I could keep my bike secure at night.

Very good experience at Ibis Gennevilliers. Quite friendly staff, very clean place. No bugs as I was afraid off. Daily cleaning. Good location with public transportation nearby. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Only that cleaning staff is a bit pushy sometimes in the morning.
