I found the hotel just fine. It was clean, no luxury, but quiet and comfortable to get good night sleep. I did not try the breakfast but it looked ok. the staff was friendly and helpful. Check-In and Out were smooth.

We were given a key to a room that had somebody staying in it. We were harassed by multiple men in the lobby/lift when we were trying to come and go. The rooms were completely filthy.

The room allowed us to sleep and shower but the extractor fan didn't work and the drain needs unblocking. The staff were very friendly particularly as our French is very poor. The breakfast was not the fullest selection but we didn't go hungry. The biggest downside was no kettle in the room.

We had a very disappointing stay at this Ibis property, especially considering the high price of nearly €200 per night. The room lacked basic amenities such as an electric kettle, mini fridge, or any tea/coffee-making facilities. This was particularly inconvenient as we were traveling with our 11 months old daughter and needed to boil water for her formula. Unfortunately, the hotel staff offered no assistance, and we had no choice but to purchase a kettle ourselves from a nearby store. Another major issue was the misleading information about parking. I specifically chose this hotel after seeing “free parking” mentioned on the booking page. In reality, there was no free parking available, and we had to pay €20 per night for public parking that was not even close to the hotel. This made it especially difficult to manage luggage with a small child. Overall, this stay was not worth the money we spent. I would not recommend this property, and I urge the Accor Group to ensure accurate and transparent information is provided on their website to prevent similar disappointments for future guests.
