As usual, the Ibis staff were great and the hotel clean and welcoming. The room was disgraceful. There was another building immediately outside the window. The pressure closing mechanism for the room entrance door was too powerful, causing both my wife and I to get our heads trapped between the door and shelves. This is extremely dangerous and could result in a bad accident. The room was ridiculously small, with little access to either side of the bed. The manageress kindly explained that this was the smallest room in the hotel and was normally sold together with the adjoining room so "the fact that it is small is not so important"! The reading lights above the bed were too high to reach to turn on and off and were not properly fixed. If this had been our first Ibis experience we would never have returned.

We had trouble getting to a hotel with a bus. The hotel made a mistake with our rooms (for group of more than 50 people) and after WE tried to resolve the mistake a young receptionist was extremely rude and impatient, trying to convince us we are wrong. Thankfully we had proof of their mistake. We only stayed one night and rooms are decent but in some rooms there's door leading to room next door. It's locked but you can hear everything through it. Breakfast was good (extremely good croissants) and staff at a bar was very nice.
