The hotel was very nice and staff was generally cordial. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was thorough. We found the shower difficult to use without getting a lot of water on the bathroom floor, and was slippery - a metal bar should be on the wall to prevent falls getting out of the shower.

Your comments regarding the water on the bathroom floor and, in particular, the risk of slipping are very important to us. I cannot say enough positive comments about this hotel. It is the 4th time we have stayed here and each time we have had a perfect stay. All staff are cheerful, kind, and helpful from the front desk, wait staff, concierge, room service, housekeeping etc. Daily breakfast is well worth it with many selections and cheerful staff. Our room was made up every morning and spotless! Housekeeping does a fabulous job. Location of this hotel is convenient to bus/metros and to walk to find Cafe's and shopping. Highly recommend!
