I am sincerely sorry to learn that your experience fell short of your expectations and, more importantly, of the standards of service we strive to deliver. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning hairdryer and the delay in providing a replacement, particularly as this disrupted your morning plans. I also regret the lack of a Do Not Disturb sign in your room and the unnecessary interruption from our Housekeeping team. Your privacy and comfort should always be respected, and I fully understand your frustration. The room service items left unattended in the corridor for several days are equally unacceptable and do not reflect our standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. I am also sorry that the atmosphere in our restaurant did not provide the relaxing experience you were hoping for after a long day of travel. Please be assured that your comments will be shared with our respective department managers to review these shortcomings and identify the necessary improvements, particularly regarding service responsiveness, communication and housekeeping procedures. I was very disappointed regarding the service. Ofh the amenities in the room. The price tag for per night is very expensive. And I pay it, because I was expecting a luxury service. Unfortunately: no free waters in room, toothbrushes and hygienic staff was only under request, room clean up was made after 3 4 oclock, even hand soaps were not in my room. Why should i call for this stuff for room service when i pay such amount of money per night. Also, as accor member i was supposed to had a complimentary drink when checking in, it was not done actually. For these reasons, probably when I return in paris, I won't be staying in your hotel anymore

With regard to drinking water, as part of our environmental commitment, recognised by the Clef Verte (Green Key) sustainability label, we have introduced a Culligan filtered water system in our rooms. This allows guests to enjoy filtered water at the touch of a button while helping us reduce the use of single-use bottles. Information about this initiative is available in the room. However, we fully understand that preferences may differ, and had we known that you preferred bottled water, we would have been happy to arrange this for you. Our bathrooms are equipped with Balmain liquid hand soap and body lotion in dispensers. Should you prefer traditional bar soap or require any additional amenities, our team would be delighted to assist. We are sorry if these arrangements were not sufficiently clear during your stay. We also regret that the timing of the housekeeping service and the cleanliness of certain areas, including the upper shelves, did not meet your expectations. Your observations regarding breakfast variety, the restaurant menu, and Wi-Fi speed are equally appreciated, and we understand how these details can influence the overall comfort of a stay. I had a mixed stay at Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra. The breakfast was good and the room was well kept and nice, but as a Gold member I did not feel that my status was recognised or that any effort was made to provide enhanced service. I arrived early and was told that early check-in was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. I was advised that someone would call when my room was ready. I received that call at around 3 to 3.30pm. When I returned, I was simply checked into my room, with no welcome drink or complimentary room upgrade offered. There was no acknowledgement of my Gold status during the stay. When I asked for late check-out, the answer was a straight no because the hotel was busy, with no flexibility or attempt to help. Overall, while the breakfast and the room were good, I saw no perks or effort to make me feel recognised as a Gold member. It was disappointing to feel that my loyalty made no difference to the service I received.

However, I am sorry to learn that you felt your loyalty as an ALL Gold member was not recognised during your visit. After reviewing your reservation, I can confirm that your ALL Gold membership was correctly registered in our system. However, as your stay was part of a group booking paid for by the organising company, it was not eligible for the usual ALL membership benefits, including complimentary room upgrades, as outlined in the terms and conditions of the ALL Accor loyalty programme. That being said, at our hotel, we generally try to make an exception by extending the welcome drink benefit to our members, even in these circumstances. Welcome drinks are now available directly through the ALL Accor application, as paper vouchers are no longer distributed at check-in. I regret that this was not clearly explained to you during your stay. Regarding your requests for early check-in and late check-out, both remain subject to availability. Unfortunately, our high occupancy did not allow us to accommodate these requests on this occasion. Nevertheless, I understand your disappointment and regret that the reasons behind these limitations were not communicated more clearly. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty to ALL Accor and hope that these explanations provide a better understanding of the circumstances surrounding your stay. The bed was well past time to replace it. It was a lumpy mess. The "open" shower was pretty, but ultimately a messy and dangerous design. Water went everywhere. We had to cover the slick tile in the vanity area with towels so that we would not fall. I resorted to barely turning the shower on to a trickle to try to help.

We stayed here as part of our Viking cruise. VERY satisfied with the location, the breakfast, and the helpfulness of staff. Your concierge, Svetlana, was particularly accommodating in helping us cancel a dinner reservation on the night of the Oct 17 demonstration; she also made an excellent reservation for us at Au Petit Riche, which we loved. Kudos to Svetlana! My only problem was that your bed toppers make the bed a bit lopsided, and I wished that your pillows weren’t quite so high. It made it difficult to get into a comfortable position for my neck. Otherwise, a fabulous experience!

Fabulous hotel, right at the heart of the action in Paris.
