During the heat wave I was desperate to get my cats into air conditioning after my apartment became dangerously hot. Three hotels turned us away for having more than one pet per room. Ibis welcomed us with only a supplement to pay. The facilities were great and the air conditioning excellent, but what stood out most was the empathy the staff showed at a time when people and pets were dying in Paris. Thank you.
