Not the cleanest, especially since its labelled as 4 star. I had the urge to spray hand sanitizer on everything. Also found a few long hairs in the sink and floor and the towels did not look clean, so i definately did not use. It did not help that everything is simply very very old, like there have been no renovations in a very long time. I only spent one night there, any longer and i would have certainly changed hotels. i do hate to leave bad feedback, but hoping it would help the management to makea change.

I booked four rooms for my stay. The location of the hotel was fine, but the internet quality was a major issue. The first room I was given on the ground floor had no Wi-Fi at all. I requested that it be fixed, but instead I was moved to Room 101, where the Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow. Another room in our group, Room 228, also had no Wi-Fi, and we were only informed about this at checkout by the occupant. Housekeeping in Room 101 was inconsistent. The shampoo and body-wash dispensers were not refilled, and I had to ask reception in the evening for body wash. Even after housekeeping saw the replacement bottle from reception, the dispenser was still not refilled the next day. Breakfast was sufficient, and the service staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The reception team was also helpful. However, the overall management of this branch clearly needs improvement—especially regarding Wi-Fi infrastructure and housekeeping standards
