Great stay overall. The pool was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good. The location is brilliant, close to the city centre with plenty to do. The hotel is very child‑friendly, the room was cleaned really well and the room size was great. Two things could be improved. The service was a little slow at times. It was busy, but it could be more efficient. For example, having pool towels available in the pool area rather than behind reception would save time, as reception was often crowded. The food prices also felt quite high and not really worth the cost.

On our walks each day didn’t realize there was some awesome hotels around next time might broaden the horizon. Breakfast average actually pretty disappointing won’t elaborate but yes disappointing. Thursday night had choices but ate the novatel we had pizza absolute horrible lesson learnt. After a great day time to go to sleep well sleep what’s that every morning 2.00am 3.00am kids running up and down the hallway parents didn’t give a shit 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 right side corner 2nd floor opposite the lift. Rooms well traveled the world stayed in lots of hotels sum it up average. Disappointing.

Room was excellent, breakfast was good and similar to other Novotel properties. Down side is there are limited lounge chairs by the pool and the condition of those loungers is deplorable. Also discovered that there were several people in the pool/loungers area that were not guests of the hotel.
