Nice room and en-suite, restaurant and kitchen need more efficiency

Room was nice, good sized shower but could do with more pressure. Dining area was not particularly busy but were told it would be at least 45 minutes before they could take our order and had to chase for menus to be provided. At breakfast, lack of bacon on the buffet for a long while, empty pastries and no milk in the coffee machine.
