The staff were really friendly & helpful. The hotel and rooms are very dated. The hotel and rooms really need significant investment to modernise, update and improve, this hotel is very dated. The gardens could also do with tidying and making more appealing. The rooms could be far better equipped and furnished. The breakfast choices are mininal. Really grateful for the lovely staff who greeted and served us, but very dissappointed with the quality and presentation of this hotel. Novotel really need to review this hotel with a plan to update and modernise it throughout. We will definitely not return, but if this location was modernised, it could be a lovely hotel in a good location.

This hotel was not what we are used to from an Accor All Novotel. Our mini fridge was empty, whereas it is normally stocked with complimentary drinks. There was also no espresso machine in the room, which we usually expect at Novotel. The shower looked newly renovated, but the water pressure was very poor. Only the cold water had decent pressure. The room and bed were comfortable, and since we only stayed for one night, it was acceptable. We chose not to have breakfast because €20 per person is very expensive for a family of three adults and one child. @Manager, please take your guests' feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Accommodation was pre-booked with breakfast included and also prepaid. Every morning we were not allowed to go breakfast without proofing we have paid the breakfast. In addition, hotel sent email in French afterwards that we own them 360 EUR. We have sent request to clarify what is this all about, but no answer received yet...

Our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the condition of the rooms. They were dirty, worn out, and clearly in need of renovation. The carpets were heavily stained and looked very old, the bathtub had visible cracks, and there was even what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall. This level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The pool was another disappointment, it was not functioning during our stay, which significantly reduced our enjoyment of the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection, but nothing special. Communication could also be challenging, as only some of the staff spoke English well enough to assist us. Finally, we were sold two rooms even though one room had enough beds to accommodate our entire family. It felt unnecessary and left us with the impression that we had been encouraged to pay for an extra room that we didn’t actually need. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The poor cleanliness and the worn-out condition of the rooms completely overshadowed the few positive aspects of our stay. We would not choose to stay here again.

Regarding your reservation, we offer two different family accommodation options: a Family Room, which can accommodate up to two adults and two children, or our Family Offer, which consists of two rooms with the second room at 50% off. The room allocation therefore depends on the option selected at the time of booking. We appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. We booked this VERY last minute and arrived at the hotel within 30 mins of the booking - for 3 rooms. All were ready when we got there. Comfortable and clean rooms. The beds are REALLY comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the floats included it meant they could have a lovely little splash around before we got back on the road again. Pricey for drinks etc but it’s one of very few hotels around so to be expected. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything we requested was delivered in few minutes. We had a lovely stay.

This is such a great location for an overnight stay and we have stayed several times before. The main areas are lovely and reception staff are welcoming. The areas that need improvement are - almost never anyone at the bar area. You are losing a lot of money! The restaurant is very average (actually below) and very expensive. We discovered an amazing Italian a short walk away and will choose to eat there instead. Same with breakfast. Overpriced and average. A short walk to LeClerc brings fantastic coffee and fresh pastries. The rooms are tired, but I’m ok with that as long as they are clean. They have always been clean so great (and friendly) housekeeping. Just a few changes and this would be a 9 or 10 and it would make a lot more money for the hotel.

+ clean and peaceful hotel, very gentle and warm staff - the bed mattress is in foam which is not suitable for a good rest an the toilet door was so close from the toilet that it required some skills to have it closed.

Arrival was ok but at check it the lady had problems to check me in. She obviously wasn't really familiar how to handle the part dealing with points used to pay part of the stay. In addition, there was no room cleaning on Sunday 15 Mar 26.
