Room was very clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the large TV screen. Good service a the bar, in a friendly and cosy ambiance.

We were a large group; as entertainment 2 of our people had brought a guitar. Soon the entire bar/ lobby was singing along. The barman stopped the activity (using the excuse that we were bothering the other guests. But these guest were singing with us. This does not reflect a customer friendly attitude.

We are very sorry that the interruption to your musical activity affected your experience. We understand how precious these social moments can be, especially when everyone seems to be enjoying the atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was my colleagues on reception who received phone calls from in-room guests complaining about the noise coming from the bar area. However, our team sometimes has to juggle the expectations of different customers and ensure that everyone feels comfortable. Having said that, if what we've said has given you the impression that we're not friendly enough, we're really sorry. This is absolutely not the experience we want to offer. Your feedback is valuable, and we will take it into account to improve our approach in this type of situation. Great location for a stopover.

I stopped at the Novotel Amneville for one night whilst travelling back to the UK from Switzerland. The hotel is very conveniently located a very short distance from the motorway junction and has a large and easily accessible car park. The hotel's reception area and bar/restaurant are very nicely presented and I was soon checked in. My room was clean and comfortable. I found the bed to be very comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Although the hotel has a restaurant, there is an Italian restaurant about a minutes walk from the front gate and also a selection of other restaurants 15-20 minutes walk away. I had an excellent dinner in La Cloche, which is about 20 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely use the Novotel Amneville as a stopover destination again.
