This hotel was not what we are used to from an Accor All Novotel. Our mini fridge was empty, whereas it is normally stocked with complimentary drinks. There was also no espresso machine in the room, which we usually expect at Novotel. The shower looked newly renovated, but the water pressure was very poor. Only the cold water had decent pressure. The room and bed were comfortable, and since we only stayed for one night, it was acceptable. We chose not to have breakfast because €20 per person is very expensive for a family of three adults and one child. @Manager, please take your guests' feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the condition of the rooms. They were dirty, worn out, and clearly in need of renovation. The carpets were heavily stained and looked very old, the bathtub had visible cracks, and there was even what appeared to be feces on the bathroom wall. This level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. The pool was another disappointment, it was not functioning during our stay, which significantly reduced our enjoyment of the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection, but nothing special. Communication could also be challenging, as only some of the staff spoke English well enough to assist us. Finally, we were sold two rooms even though one room had enough beds to accommodate our entire family. It felt unnecessary and left us with the impression that we had been encouraged to pay for an extra room that we didn’t actually need. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The poor cleanliness and the worn-out condition of the rooms completely overshadowed the few positive aspects of our stay. We would not choose to stay here again.

We booked this VERY last minute and arrived at the hotel within 30 mins of the booking - for 3 rooms. All were ready when we got there. Comfortable and clean rooms. The beds are REALLY comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the floats included it meant they could have a lovely little splash around before we got back on the road again. Pricey for drinks etc but it’s one of very few hotels around so to be expected. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything we requested was delivered in few minutes. We had a lovely stay.
