+ clean and peaceful hotel, very gentle and warm staff - the bed mattress is in foam which is not suitable for a good rest an the toilet door was so close from the toilet that it required some skills to have it closed.

Arrival was ok but at check it the lady had problems to check me in. She obviously wasn't really familiar how to handle the part dealing with points used to pay part of the stay. In addition, there was no room cleaning on Sunday 15 Mar 26.

I have a All Plus Voyageur Card and I am used to select only ACCOR Hotels during the year. BUT .... : even if I have no problem with the room, I am very unsatisfied regarding dinner service. It is scandalous to propose room service with an extra cost of 8 €uros !!!! Business customers arriving often late prefer to stay in their room to take a dinner !!! with such price I did refuse of course the room service. But the worse : I had ordered a minced steak with mixed fries and salad. When living the hotel in the morning I had the surprise to see and extra cost of 4 Euros for the Salad (2 salad leaves with the fries). Of course the guy a the reception could not change this before my payment !!! I had no time to lose and was obliged to pay. 4 Euros is nothing but it is just a question of principle !!! Would I have accept the room service, the extra cost would have been 12 Euros. I will never go again to this hotel near Metz. This does explain my note = 1 Very unsatisfied with the Service
