The convertible couch was not prepared when we arrived. The convertible had a weak wood plank and it broke during the night

Our room had a very intense smell coming from the carpet. I infomed the reception about it but they didn't changed us from the room. Apart of that the hotel was lovely with a delicious breakfast.

Teleurgesteld bij aankomst, verouderde kamer en niet proper. Vloer wc was gewoon vies Spiegel in de hal was vuil Muren in de kamer waar tv staat echt niet aangenaam.

Geachte gast, Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw ervaring met ons te delen. Het spijt ons zeer te horen dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen heeft voldaan. De door u beschreven staat van de kamer – met een steunpaal voor de televisie, een gevallen gordijnrail en een badkamer in slechte staat – is absoluut niet representatief voor de kwaliteitsnormen die wij nastreven. Wij nemen uw opmerkingen zeer serieus. We zullen onmiddellijk actie ondernemen om de betreffende kamer te controleren en de nodige herstellingen uit te voeren. Wij begrijpen ook uw teleurstelling over de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en bieden hiervoor onze oprechte excuses aan. Er zijn renovaties gepland binnen ons hotel, en uw feedback bevestigt het belang hiervan. We are truly sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the amenities you were used to during your previous stays. Please allow us to clarify that certain amenities such as the Nespresso coffee machine and slippers are included exclusively in our Superior room category. It appears that this time the room reserved was of a different category, which does not include these specific features. We understand how this could have been disappointing, especially if you were expecting the same level of comfort as before.
