Hotel was very nice with a lovely welcome on arrival. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very disappointing that the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night, with nowhere else to go I find this pretty bad for a hotel. There was no way of getting a drink of any kind soft or alcoholic. Breakfast was nice although the breakfast area, floors and tables all needed a good clean, the floor was disgusting, food left over from the night before. Not what you expect.

A good quick stop, and some new hyper chargers are being installed for electric cars! <3 The only thing which might be improved is the bedding which is from syntetic materials.

I had checked in online, so when we arrived we were given the room key card. However when we plus luggage arrived on the second floor the room was not ready so we had to go back downstairs to the bar area to wait. I ordered a coffee, my husband a beer, which we paid for. It might have been a nice gesture to have been given the coffee at least for free

The hotel room had a stale smell. Had booked a twin room but set up as a double. The Duty manager was very helpful and young man on bar duty was very accommodating. Good staff trying their best in a tired facility.
