all-round ok; the evening grand salad a little expensive. Then I was put at a single table near the kitchen service, where the waitress had to pass within 1 foot off the top of my table with every meal for the other guests, swishing back and forth continually through a narrow gap in the barrier which was really uncomfortable for me and no pleasure. I had a tea with the salad (a small cup with not enough water). When I later asked for more water the waitress put her full hand and fingers over and onto my cup, grasping it to pick it up. Very unhygienic. I had to bang her hand away. She then got a small white pot of hot water which should have been provided from the beginning anyway.

First stay at this hotel but won’t be the last. Really enjoyed our stay, hygiene was a very high standard. Bed was really comfortable, bedroom very nice, restaurant excellent meals and enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine outside on the terrace before bed. Staff very helpful.

Excellent hotel a nice dinner in the Boucherie restaurant at the arrival in the evening and comfortable room for a good sleep. Room documents were prepared at arrival so no waiting for check-in, service in restaurant was wonderful and efficient, quality of food was superb.

Always reliable and comfortable. Restaurant generally good although staff change rather often. There used to be coffee making facilities, sadly no longer.

Booked at website took my details including bank supposed to be with breakfast at much lesser price as advertised. When arrived at hotel they said it's only reservation and messa to pay higher price and breakfast is not also included . I wish they are more transparent.

No complaints at all. Everything was top notch for the very fair price. The taxi I ordered didn't arrive on the morning of my departure and I was close to missing my train, so a very friendly staff member gave me (on his own initiative) a ride to the station. Of course with a smile and no charge. Excellent service!

There was an unexpected musical event being organised in the grounds of the Ibis hotel and the entrance was blocked by large flower pots so we couldn’t park there. We were offered parking further away in nearby sites which was unacceptable as my husband has difficulty walking. Eventually we had to change the booking to the neighbouring Hotel Europe where we had been able to park but the only accommodation available was a suite @ €178 per night which we felt we had to accept. The Ibis hotel apologised but made no offer to compensate us.
