Clean room, comfortable,warm and a pleasant place to overnight recover from our journey and get some sleep. Break was not so pleasant with too many people in for breakfast at once, couldn’t move. Staff came to my rescue and were very kind and helpful.

Disgraceful service 😡just arrived and only 1 pillow each and one extra. Needed an extra for me and was told no they do not have! Appalling service. Asked to speak to a manager and no manager available. Looking forward to a terrible night sleep
