Originally booked Friday 10th July to the Monday 13th July (4 nights) and Friday the 17th (1 night) Saturday we came back to the hotel 11 pm , room was not made up and no new towels, So had to get some from reception. Woke up Sunday morning with no hot water. Went to reception , they said the whole hotel was without hot water and might be fixed by tomorrow (Monday) Had to wash in the sink as the shower was too cold. Went back in the bathroom 10 minutes later and the floor was flooded in water. The waste pipe from the sink was not connected. Went out for the day and came back late Sunday afternoon. We then decided to cancel the next 2 nights and the Friday night. Told reception and they refunded the next 2 nights in cash , the Friday was cancelled and now waiting for the money to refunded to my account.

We fully understand how disappointing it must have been, especially after a long journey from Italy, not to be able to take a shower either upon arrival or the following morning. Although the technical issue affected the entire hotel and was unfortunately beyond our immediate control, we sincerely regret that the situation was not handled with the level of care and friendliness you deserved.
