We were late arriving due to adverse weather and road conditions, 9pm. Firstly we couldnt get in because the gates were closed, my phone had died and no internet. then someone helped us to get in and i called someone on the intercom , he said we had no booking neither there or at your sister hotel. so we had to make alternative plans. I wasnt very happy when i knew that i had paid for room and breakfast.
