Good morning, We are sorry for your trouble, and will refund you very quickly. The payment is needed in order for the code to be created. When late check in, you should walk in with the opened door at the entrance, and use the machine to make this payment. On the same door that you used to get in, there's an emergency number for any trouble you could be in, and it's someone from the hotel's team, sleeping in the hotel, that answers.
