The team are always there to help. Booking in and change of rooms they to cooking our pizzas. Great to talk to the manager too. Really nice recommendation for future visits and great local restaurants.

I arrived late at night and was not provided with a car park door code or room code. When I waited outside for a guest to let me into the lobby, I accessed the onsite checkin monitor and my booking could not be found in the system. I had to then pay for another booking to access the hotel and my room.

Good morning, We are sorry for your trouble, and will refund you very quickly. The payment is needed in order for the code to be created. When late check in, you should walk in with the opened door at the entrance, and use the machine to make this payment. On the same door that you used to get in, there's an emergency number for any trouble you could be in, and it's someone from the hotel's team, sleeping in the hotel, that answers. We were late arriving due to adverse weather and road conditions, 9pm. Firstly we couldnt get in because the gates were closed, my phone had died and no internet. then someone helped us to get in and i called someone on the intercom , he said we had no booking neither there or at your sister hotel. so we had to make alternative plans. I wasnt very happy when i knew that i had paid for room and breakfast.

Arrived quite early, plenty of parking which was lucky as we have a trailer, took 3 spaces but plenty left. Entry easy, all code opening doors, no keys, nice and simple. Only grumble was the vending machine was too complicated to use.

Arrived at accommodation to be told that we was not booked in to a disabled room on the ground floor, even though this was the one booked online. Receptionist was quite rude when told that I had booked it. She then asked to see the booking as if I was lying which I thought was appalling. As my mum is in a wheelchair they moved things around and gave us one room on the ground floor, the other room was on the second floor. The room given to my parents was not suitable as bed was up against the wall. The air conditioning unit was leaking water all over the table and floor which was a safety hazard. It did not work and was dripping water all night. Overall the experience was terrible after a long drive.
