As soon as I entered my room I found missing a space to put my suitcase and leave it open at a comfortable height - had to request it and a suitcase holder was brought. The team all over was very friendly and helpful with a high standard of service. The room was comfortable but noticed it got very warm at night on both nights. The shower is great however it leaks into the toilet are which is not ideal.

Overall, the experience was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were two concerns. Reception did not respond after several calls one night, and I had to contact another line to get through. More importantly, a housekeeper entered the room while I was in the bathroom without any cloth, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on, which was unacceptable.

This is an excellent hotel and our stay lived up to expectations. The amenities are first class, the cleanliness throughout is excellent and what sets it apart, is the impeccable personal service provided by all of the staff. We had a fabulous stay!
