When booking our trip to Paris I wanted a hotel that was in close proximity to the main attractions. This hotel is so so close to the Eiffel Tower and is amazing. The decor, style and overall appearance was fantastic, very festive. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were amazed to see the amount of people that would be stopping close to the hotel to get pictures of the Eiffel Tower it was so close. We had upgraded to balcony view of the Eiffel Tower and the view was out of this world. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Reception checkin cooks very nice as was the room so thank you, the restaurant staff manager very rude. In essence showed my diamond Membership asking what this allows here (first time in France ), was rudely told we don’t accept that here. Now considering Accor is French this not the reply I was expecting is there another Accor in the world that’s French?!

Hotel is at a good location. Right next to the Eiffel Tower. Having a view of the Eiffel tower was an added bonus. Room was adequate. Asked for extra pillows on arrival and never received them. Safe was not working and needed to have batteries changed. Had to ask the front desk 3 times before it was fixed. Restaurant does not open until 7pm for dinner.
