I have stayed in Effiel tower balcony room, its best view room on 5th floor. Location is good to explore nearby sightseeing places and you can watch effiel tower night experience from balcony.

Great location and good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was not open during our stay. And our shower was dirty, the stone had mold between the tiles. Also there were spiderwebs from the air vents and no light on the balcony.
