Room was clean and comfy. Room wasn’t as described- I paid for an Eiffel Tower view and we could only see a tiny bit of the top of the tower- not an amazing view like the photos suggested. The coffee machine was broken too.

We were greeted at the Pullman Eiffel Tower hotel with a friendly smile and the news we could have an early check-in. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a kettle for our coffee (we find capsule coffee not hot enough). We went exploring after a quick freshen up with a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Dinner that night was at the hotels Frame restaurant which was convenient on a chilly evening. Wine and burgers to round out the day of travel from Strasbourg. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel with the option of eggs cooked your way or pancakes. There was a gluten-free section with rolls and sweet items, first time that I didn’t have to ask as I’m coeliac. Good coffee ☕️ and we had the best service from our attendant. Overall the room was comfortable and the service from the staff was really good. You can’t beat the location for the iconic Eiffel Tower and local cafes.
