Lounge/disco with loud sound!!!

There is a lounge on the top floor, which is extremely loud and stays on until 1am! If you are a family travelling and thinking about stayind at this hotel, consider that it will not respect you and basic sound/disturbance law. Staff and management are unprepared to deal with this situation, basically not solving it and unable to host a family on vacation!

When arriving, nobody assisted with bags and my family stood outside with them when I went to look for help. Then, When asking to drop off my bags for the day, all that your team was worried about was me paying my city tax. No warm welcome. No complimentary hot chocolate like other guests. Upon arriving back at the hotel I was again asked to pay the city tax even though I had paid it earlier. Again, no offer complimentary offer to me or my family, or no welcome smiles. I eventually had to show my identification to three people, I really did not feel valued as a customer or welcome, especially when I saw the service other people were receiving. When leaving, the staff was notably friendlier but still, nobody assisted with bags or with calling a taxi. I have had better experiences at lesser hotels. The only person worth mentioning is Fernando by the restaurant. Without him this would have been a 1 star review. So well done to him. Overall I was disappointed, but the view was nice at least. I expected more.

Deposit and city tax been taking twice, as room changing as they said …. Waiting for 3 hours for the room to be ready.. even though email being sent earlier regarding time of check in

Cons: Dirty glasses in the room (dried lipstick marks); a cake with a candle was ordered for a birthday, but the cake was delivered much earlier than agreed and without the candle, despite a prior arrangement for a specific time. After checking into the room, our luggage was not delivered—we had to go down to the reception ourselves and look for it. On the first morning, we were not allowed into breakfast; the manager said breakfast was not included in the rate, despite a €1300 deposit having been paid. After we showed the hotel booking email confirming that breakfast was included, we were allowed in. A waiter brought a dirty fork to our table. We wanted to place an in-room order before arrival so that a baguette would be in the room upon arrival, as it was a late check-in and there was no opportunity to buy one elsewhere. This request was refused. Pros: The view from the balcony is simply perfect, the location is excellent, the room is very beautiful, and the bed is comfortable.
