I booked the hotel for me and my partner to arrange a proposal at the hotel. The location is as good as it can get and the balcony view to the Eiffel Tower is nice as well, which are the only things you pay a premium for. Otherwise, the guest experience is rather poor and disappointing. Calling housekeeping for simple things like bottled water, toothbrush or flower vase has been difficult. We had to call multiple times and it always took more than half an hour. Vase was especially frustrating since we had to call 3 times over the course of multiple hours, each request was acknowledged and then nothing came in. Only when I got frustrated and the phone stopped working, I had to go to the reception they said they don’t have any. In general asking the reception for things hasn’t been very helpful either. The facilities are rather old and not well maintained. For instance the balcony itself needs some work. You definitely don’t feel that you’re paying a higher price and the experience doesn’t compare to other Accor hotels at all, where I have been extremely satisfied with all the previous stays. Worth noting that Chae from Guest Relations has been really helpful so big thanks to her.

We were a F. of three, including one teenager, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. We had a beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, which we loved waking up to every morning. The room was well-appointed, with a very comfortable king-size bed for us and a cozy sofa bed that our teenager found perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us – delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The quality of food was exceptional, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed each morning. We were also impressed by the friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. However, we also enjoyed walking to many iconic sights nearby, like the Champs-Élysées and the Louvre, which were within walking distance. It really made the experience feel special to be so close to everything. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, especially families!
