Ideally situated so that we were away from the main city (cheaper) but with perfect transport ... trams right outside and just 25 minutes to the centre.

Staff were great at checkin Room was ok apart from sink drain clogged and slow drainage. And was not advised swimming pool is unisex ehich is my first in an Accorr group. Welcome drink used for a coffee. Machine was broke and took a long time for a coffee. Milk did not look fresh in the coffee presented. Checkout..... Points used equivalent amount were charged on my credit card and staff Wassan unsure how to check. This is to be considered. First time to face these issues. Room was cleaned after 2pm on day before checkout so had to wait.... It was a bank holiday weekend but i had clean my room. From early am so i was suprised being on first floor it was cleaned so late.... Slight inconvenience..... Nothing major but it reflects on the overall comfort. Expect more from. A Prestigous hotel group.

Great stay again at this hotel. We have stayed as a family on numerous occasions and cannot fault the place. On arrival this time we were upgraded to a fabulous suite which was a lovely surprise. Daniela was looking after us for our stay and she was friendly, helpful and made our experience at the hotel great. The hotel is always clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and polite. Will definitely be back soon 10/10.

We stayed for 2 nights, and had while I think it was expensive (mainly due to half term), I think it's good value for money. The pool, spa, etc. were extremely liked. The main exceptional element was the breakfast. Lots of good options.

Hotel OK. Partner chose it because of gym. Room standard type and satisfactory apart from blocked sink and noise from railway and trams. Parking and internet a nightmare. Can't pay for parking at reception, have to do it online but no mobile reception in room. Given discount code if join ALL Acor, which didn't want to do. Eventually managed to pay for parking but woken up by a text before midnight because mistakenly entered 12 midnight instead of 12 noon. So might get a penalty notice. Standard internet only 2mbs, which was unusable for what we needed. 2 of us failed multiple times on 4 different devices to get the faster internet, after having to join your loyalty scheme multiple times. Ended up sitting on a bench in Edinburgh to upload files using 5g, and sitting in vehicle on Monday morning to make phone calls. Not what I expected from a four star hotel. Booked through Hotels.com so no interest in your loyalty scheme and no wish to stay in any more of your hotels.

I am sorry that you felt angry after your experience with us. Please know that the parking area outside the hotel is administered and operated by a third party. This company is in charge of all aspects of the car park, including processing payment. In order to pay for it, you can do so either with a QR code, at a kiosk next to the hotel entrance, or with us at the reception if other options are not suitable. I am sorry that you received this text, I do suspect that you might have made a mistake when paying. Please contact the hotel and we will happily cancel any sort of parking notice should you receive one, by contacting the company that operates the car park. I am sorry that you experienced issues with our internet connection. I am very surprised to hear about this, as it is not a common issue to have. Besides having 170 rooms, in this four-star hotel we also have and regularly host conferences, business meetings and corporate events. A steady and fast internet connection is a must, otherwise we would not be able to operate regularly. Once again, I am so sorry that you experienced these issues.
