I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, we come every year at Christmas and really always enjoy our stay however having to share the changeling room in the pool are (which I small) has really put me off, its a shame as it's a lovely pool, sauna and steam room but no I don't like this set up is really putting me off unfortunately 😞

Great location with easy access to airport and city by tram, amazing varied breakfast, nice pool and even better steam and sauna rooms. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The only minor things we can point out is that we couldn't ventilate the room because they sealed the windows and the reception could improve (they were polite and helpful) the customer experience by being more welcoming and explaining how everything works in the hotel without waiting for our questions or even suggesting places to go around the city. But as we said, only a suggestion as we never had issues with anyone. Definitely recommend this hotel!
