We are very satisfied with our decision to book a room with a Kaaba view. Being able to make du’a from our room while directly facing the Kaaba was truly a special and unforgettable experience. Thanks to Mrs. Nuha for the room selection. From our room, we could also monitor the crowd levels around Masjid al-Haram and plan the best time to go down for prayers. It only took about 3 minutes to reach the courtyard of Masjid al-Haram, which was very convenient. The restaurant staff and supervisor were very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We did experience an issue where a pipe under the sink burst and caused flooding in the room. However, the maintenance and housekeeping teams responded quickly and handled the situation efficiently. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah.

My stay at pullman Zamzam Makkah has always been a wonderful experience. I visit almost every year, and I usually stay at both Burman Zamzam Makkah. This hotel are my absolute favorites because of their excellent location, especially being very close to the Haram. The convenience and accessibility make my visits comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the services have always been very good, and I truly appreciate the hospitality provided by the staff. However, during this visit, I was slightly disappointed with the cleaning service. On one occasion, the room was not cleaned properly, and the setup was not arranged neatly. I even recorded a video and informed the cleaning staff that I might file a complaint because the standard was not up to the usual level I expect from this hotel. Aside from this issue, my overall experience was still positive, and I continue to value this hotel for its excellent location and generally good services.

I had a truly great experience. I’ve always enjoyed staying at Pullman Zamzam, but honestly, the main reason I keep returning is Mr. Rayyan. He always makes my stay exceptional and memorable.
