The hotel rooms were fairly clean, but the surrounding area was terrible—very noisy and the streets were quite dirty. Perhaps because it was a budget hotel, the front desk was always crowded.

I spent good time at this hotel, the room was spacious, comfy bed, Clean towels. Everything was clean. The only default was not aircon or any electric fan in the room as it was really a hot summer in Paris.

There are bargains and there are slums, this is the latter. Also, there booking system was down so we had to pay tourist tax in cash, good job we had some at 1am when we arrived. A tent city opposite really added to the ambience. Tiny rooms with shared toilets. I guess the overpowering stench of vinegar was better than whatever smell they were trying to cover up.

Was all good but staff let someone I don’t really know in my room when I wasn’t there

We arrived after seeing what seemed to be a nice spacious room online. We were greeted with a room the size of a twin sized bed and a shower that you could not undress in! Horrible experience! Never go here!

The location of the Hotel is super bad. There are homeless people and junkies everywhere and the smell is disgusting! The room was very uncomfortobale and the showers and toilets were broken and dirty. This was an absolute nightmare and we had fear of our life. Never ever again.

I probably did not pay attention very well for what I was booking, but it may be worth it only if you are desperate. The price is not that better than other regions in the close neighborhoods. The apartment has no AC or fan - it was like a sauna to sleep. The walls are really thin, so you can hear all cars on the streets and the neighboring apartments. the common areas were usually dirty (shower and bathroom was acceptable). Again, for what I paid, I could get something better close to Anvers or Guy Moquêt subway stations.

We arrived in the hotel with our 2 small boys , and we only had to use the bathroom and shower in the next morning and is when we realized they had a camera place in this area ! We tried to talk with the hotel employers and they said no one never complain and this is for security reasons. We complain with Accor and they said this was wrong and would solve the issue, we wait half day and nothing so we checked out and move to another hotel! Is already 3 days waiting their answers and nothing!
