Thanks. Good value for money! But I do not put 9/10 because of the people at the desk one in particular. Not really nice and not really helpful. I understand there are a lot of people and sometimes not all of them are nice but we are not all bad people. Anyway I had a good stay and will come back.

The location is a bit sketchy and may feel unsafe to some people. Overall a good hotel, always helpful personel. Toilets and showers could use a renovation, they are broken and dirty a lot.

My visit to your hotel, booked through trip.com with reservation number 16…1284, was for a 4-night stay. I stayed for one night and had to leave. While the hotel's location is poor, the main reason I didn't stay for three nights was because I didn't feel safe inside. Homeless people enter the hotel in their slippers, shower in the common areas, and use the toilets. This horrific experience as a single woman was unbelievable. I've stayed in many different hotels in many different countries, but I've never experienced anything like this. The rooms are freezing cold, there's no heating, the rooms are dirty, the elevators are unsafe, like a house shaking during an earthquake, and the breakfast is so terrible I can't even describe it. I paid for four nights including breakfast. In short, I checked in on January 25th, stayed one night, and paid for four nights plus city tax. I left your hotel on January 26th without staying three nights and continued to stay at another hotel. I wrote about this discomfort on trip.com before leaving the hotel and explained it to your reception. I came from Italy to Paris hoping to travel and return with beautiful memories, but this bad experience made me sit and cry from fear and sadness on the first day. Not only was I afraid to run from the street to the hotel because of its location, but I felt the same fear even inside the hotel, which was a completely different experience. I stayed at your hotel for 1 night, not 3. I paid for 4 nights. I paid the hotel fee through trip.com and the 4-day city tax to your reception. I would like to provide information regarding your hotel and, if possible, request a refund for the 3 nights I paid for but did not stay. This trip was something I planned and dreamed of days and months in advance. As a student, it was a huge expense. Thank you very much for your attention. Sincerely,Defne T.
