The waiter gave me a table, no menu, after he had cleaned the other tables he brought me the menu. The main course was served on table and waiter gone for 5 minutes, I wanted to ask for sauce. Also I received not the burger I ordered. Finally to pay my food, again 10 minutes waiting before the waiter came in the restaurant.

Apologies for this, I know the supervisor on that night, explained the waiter was still in training, but we should have been on top of it. Great to read you scored us highly in other areas.

Everything was fine, but the toilet in the room I stayed ( room 208) was smelling so bad at night or if you leave the door closed for long, so i will strongly advise for the sewer to be cleaned.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'll certainly check the loo, I can say nobody before or since your stay have mentioned anything about a smell, but I will double check. Regarding the rate you paid, I checked the same dates against our competitors and you actually got a very good rate.
