It is very conveniently located next to a tram for the city center. Also the hotel was very clean, comfortable and the amenities made the stay really good.

We were stranded in Amsterdam for 5 nights due to multiple flights canclation. We had a nice stay in one of the hotel's executive room. Very spacious, exactly as described. Staff were very friendly abd and helpful.

We cannot thank this hotel enough for the way they helped us during a very stressful situation when our flights were cancelled. Despite being clearly overwhelmed by the sudden influx of stranded travellers and enquiries, the staff remained professional, calm, and genuinely friendly throughout. A special mention goes to the manager, who went above and beyond to help coordinate solutions, and to the bartender, whose kindness and warmth made a difficult evening much easier. Their support, empathy, and professionalism turned an emergency into a manageable experience, and we are extremely grateful. Highly recommended for their good service when it truly mattered.

Checked in on Sunday 4th of January was greeted by Bruno he was extremely helpful and polite making me and my partner feel welcomed and appreciated put me in a lovely room on the 12th floor the room was fantastic and clean the facilities and the breakfast was 10/10 parking on site all stress free. Definitely coming back in a couple months when it gets warmer would recommend to friends family couples one of the best stays I’ve had in Amsterdam throughout the years of me coming and I think I’ve found the hotel that I’ll keep coming back to.

Not happy with the stay specially in the winter. The room was freezing and no heating
