Good stay, just the TV is broken. It kept crashing and turning off on it’s own every few minutes.

Reception, room etc. were nice and the conference facilities were as expected, however I had a couple of disappointing experiences. First, I ordered food from the restaurant to collect and take back to my room. I received a call to say my food was ready and duly went to the restaurant to collect. The staff didn't seem to know what to do and I was directed to take a seat in the bar. After 10 mins, I went back and asked again, and received my order, but of course when I got it back to my room it was cold, as it had been sitting around on a tray while I waited in the bar. I ordered a soft drink with the food which came in a bottle, and no bottle opener was provided either. All in all, not a great experience from the restaurant.
