Regarding your comments about the room condition and cleanliness, we are truly sorry to hear this. Please note that no formal complaint was raised with our team during your stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to investigate and resolve the matter immediately. Nevertheless, your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and engineering teams for thorough review and corrective action. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the buggy service. Kindly note that our buggy service is available within the hotel premises only and does not operate to the beach. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred and will ensure clearer information is provided moving forward. With regards to your membership points, please allow us to clarify that in order to earn ALL – Accor Live Limitless points, reservations must be made through eligible direct channels such as the official Accor website or app. Upon review, we found that your booking was made via a third-party platform; therefore, points are not applicable in this case.
