We booked 3 rooms, but the AC was super noisy in all of them. The bathrooms really need some maintenance, and there were some weird red stains on the washbasin in one of them.

Room: Old room and defect furniture in the bathroom. Room quite not clean seems like not cleaning room for a while, since me and friend have allergy to dust, both of us running nose and sneeze all the time of 1st day. Location: A bit far from beach than expected. At lobby said can book buggy car to the beach, but when asked buggy car - driver said the cars haven't service outside hotel space. So, we didn't experience Pa Thong beach. Membership: Can't collect points to membership because we booked via hotel website as we haven't notice this. Because in the Agoda's website also have the search by hotel membership (other hotel chain memberships can collect point even booked from hotel website).

Good clean room but not really set up for 3 people (2 adults and a toddler) Abu in the morning was fantastic and so kind to our little girl, remembering her name and talking to her (even if she didn’t always answer back). Koy at night was equally wonderful and attentive to us all.
