Pros Breakfast is really tasty Cons There were mosquito in lobby areas and it bit us. Also asking staff for buggy service everytime is little inconvenience as other way to go to the second floor is via stairs

The hotel is located very inside on a uphill Very difficult to reach and come out The rooms are only accessible by buggy otherwise go through 60-70 stairs then lift to reach your room Staff is not co-operative

I had arrived at the hotel after 15.30 but the room wasn't ready. I have book the sea view which is on the top floor. Room is spacious with 4 bottles of water, coffee machine with 2 capsules, coffee mug but was no tea spoon, even i have asked but there was none coming. love the big bathroom, simple amenity but the towel is rather thin comparing with other accor hotel. Oh there is no extra cups in the bathroom for mouthwash/brush my teeth. First night i jumped into the bed & have found the smelly small pillows. seem never been washed or brushed with the left over long brown hair. not very pleasant.
